    @airtelindia @airtelnews After those 3 days, I was finally informed that the problem was with my SIM card and that I needed to replace it. By the time I received this information, my international roaming pack had already expired. I returned to India and got a replacement SIM a few days later.

    @airtelindia My Airtel postpaid number has had no network since this morning. Another Airtel SIM works normally in the same handset/location. I have already contacted customer care but the issue is unresolved. Please escalate this issue and resolve my issue at on earliest.

    What kind of **** show you are running? Can't connect to agent, no response to messages or email. I have been complaining that OTPs are not being received on my number , how th do i get someone to fix it ? @airtelindia
