  @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

  @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI
