  @airtelindia It’s been 15 days and my Airtel Fiber connection is still not activated despite repeated follow-ups. Request ID: AGCFS3VTS1V This delay is unacceptable. If you cannot provide the connection, cancel my request and issue a full refund immediately. Please escalate this

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable. After major outages on July 14 and August 5, my Airtel Wi-Fi is down AGAIN today (August 8) with no network since morning. Three major failures in under a month despite repeated promises. Formal consumer complaint being filed now.

  My old remote not working so purchased new remote by paying 350 rupees 2 days ago and tht new remote giving problem now. When I press 3 it automatically press 4 also and vice versa. Now tell me what to do? @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Airtel network has been pathetic to say the least. Frequent disruptions of the WiFi and what’s more frustrating is the 5G does not connect to the internet. Airtel has become unreliable and that’s a fact. hope you can do something quickly to restore my confidence.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Big mistake getting OneAirtelPlan. Phone accounts paid up. Pending TV/WiFi as requested Service not rendered over 2 months but phones which belong to my Senior parents, disconnected! Would you take responsibility if there was a Medical Emergency?
