  @airtelindia 4/4 The disconnection happened because Airtel failed to provide the services promised, NOT because I simply changed my mind. I expect a FULL REFUND of the amount paid, along with a clear resolution and refund timeline. Fiber: 02034457823

  Having internet problem @airtelindia in Gachibowli Hyderabad, chatbot support is useless it tries to just restart router. Also even with no internet it has all 3 yellow lights on lying about the status.

  Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

  @Airtel_Presence Pretty fed up with @airtelindia. Raised the issue this morning, got it “resolved,” but the internet worked for barely an hour before going down again. Now the resolution is pushed to 2 PM tomorrow instead of prioritising it Issue ID:11037429010. Please escalate.
