@sana2k2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That is the point. The wiring should be completely fiber optic upto the router which we call Fiber to the Home (FTTH). If it is not so, I suppose they have patched via ethernet cable which definitely reduces speed. Changing service provider is only option if FTTH is not there.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelbroadband @VittalGopal I have airtel fiber and i recharge it for ₹.589/ month.Frequently the net stop working. Now also same problem and even the airtel app not opeaning. We pay for 28 days for what? We have to wait everyday? Resolve it fast.

@airtelindia This is the lowest level of customer service I have ever seen from any organization! Three weeks have passed with no sign of a resolution for a simple issue (one created by you). What are the internal benchmarks for response time?
