    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Network slow issue has become a regular issue with airtel and there is some downtime in evening and night. Not able to complain properly. Requesting for wired fiber since 5 years but airfiber is being sold as fiber hasn't come. Comeon airtel you can do better

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Esim or physical Postpaid Sim not working, So called Priority/Fast Lane.Till time got no response from customer care. You guys have literally zero shame left... Absolutely pathetic.

    @airtelindia how to connect internet to my android via hotspot, because recent restriction causes problem. Better to move to other companies. No freedom of internet usage, my product of internet I can share to anyone because I paid money. You against law @LiveLawIndia @trai

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I have already lost 2 days of service from my billing cycle due to this issue. If there is any further delay, who will compensate for the service loss? Kindly look into this on priority and resolve it soon.

    @airtelindia is one of the fraud company where I raised complaint on network issue and they close the complaint without reaching to me. Can’t reopen or reach customer care through IVR. In store, they say once complaint is raised, they will take care. But none of the morons works

    It has been 3 days since I posted this, but no action is taken yet. My interest is becoming worst, can't use it. Not even able to talk to customer support as their toll-free no just plays IVR and not helpful. Worst service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I contacted Airtel support regarding my Airtel Fiber issue on 30 June and 10th july. Surprisingly, I didn't receive a complaint/ticket number on either occasion, and my issue is still unresolved.

    Frustrated with @airtelindia For the last 3 days, I've called customer care 5-6 times about my unlimited plan I'm paying premium but getting 0 benefits and suddenly no network coverage in the same place acc to cc ( still getting Priority 5g ) where it used to work fine Every single time they give the same useless replies: Restart your phone Toggle 5G Team is working on it This is the last time, no more issues Just wait 4 hours It's the same script on loop Why not replace these agents with Al that actually understands the problem? And Airtel india doesn't seem interested in actually resolving the issue at all, so what’s is the point of paying extra for unlimited 5g? Anyone else facing this? #airtel #airtelindia
