Be it @reliancejio or @airtelindia Both sucks here at my location. Have pack in each sim but keep switching between both sims with a hope to get better Internet Connectivity & what I get is a huge disappointment each time. Take a note @JioCare @Airtel_Presence DM for details.

After recharge my mom's number the server is still not active, means @airtelindia what we can do , And your chat boot is really frustrated , you need to provide a option in your app to talk to a real person, your app support is suck, I pay for service and still is not active
