    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It’s been 4 days since I raised my WiFi relocation request (ID: 13900907121). Your customer care keeps making false promises while the assigned engineer says, “We don’t do this.” Is this the service Airtel stands for? this.” Your service suckss!!!

    @airtelindia what kinda crappy customer service you’ve. I wanted to cancel/remove the Apple TV subscription from my AIRTEL Broadband account. Yesterday, I raised a request and one of your executives said she has done and I’ll have to wait for 4 hours to reflect in my account. Now, today, when I called up again, another executive, who doesn’t know how to speak to customers, said it’s not possible to cancel/remove the Apple TV Subscription from my account. She also said it’s “FREE”. Since when is Apple TV free? Even if’s free, I would still want it to be cancelled. If you aren’t cancelling/removing the subscription from my account, I’ll be porting my voice and WiFi services to Jio. It’s your call. And I can tell you’ve lost many customers in my apartment complex.. be ready for some more folks to follow suit.

    Using @airtelindia dth since long. But facing some terrible issues from the last 45 days. The signal is automatically coming and going frequently and some of the channels are not viewable. From yesterday nothing is displaying. Contacted customer care. Bt no one cares.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence iam receiving call from 9994041209 to ask me to top-up my data and there is a voice call diverting to a payment link. actually I have this problem from recharge my phone from a airtel partner with Rs. 299.00 @ 1.5gb per day and another 0.5gb as 1/2

    Hello @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia , I have complained many times regarding air filter internet outage and frequently router disconnect but still no resolution. Airfiber Wifi service working very bad. Kindly check and update. Customer id: 20036396344
