    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Hi @airtelindia, after KYC my number stopped receiving incoming calls & OTPs. I visited your office for 4 days, still no resolution. Your staff asked for SIM replacement and charged ₹150, but issue remains. Please fix this urgently & refund the amount. Mob: 8472957235

    @airtelindia Service Request # 31-1000013076197. Have been getting Zero Network connectivity at my Home premises. Zero Accountability by Airtel. Complaint raised multiple times, no support whatsoever. Atrocious service

    Absolutely pathetic service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. It’s been 10 DAYS since I raised this issue, and there is STILL NO RESOLUTION. Every time I switch to Star Sports HD 1 Hindi, the screen just shows a loading icon with constant flickering.
