Never expected this type of service from Airtel.. how can we adjust a huge downtime like this over a weekend.. Come on seriously Airtel.. how can you do this?

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, Applied for ur airtel black plan on 1st july the salesperson told that the dth and wifi will be installed in a couple of days the dth was never installed and i got a bill of some another plan about which i was never notified

@airtelindia day by day this company is going to loose it's customer base, no proper user interface for people to complain through website, all they want people to go to their app for any queries. 1) Network Issue 2) Price increment 3) no support in time.
