    Airtel was best network provider in my location but now since 5g is launched it started harassing it's customers in my location by providing worst network we can't even make phone calls @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI my location: Rajkhand muzaffarpur

    ๐Ÿšจ @airtelindia This is my final escalation. My internet has been down since Aug 10, 2026. SR ID: 11037558117 was raised with a promised resolution by Aug 11, but despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved.

    @airtelindia identity-verification process to confirm the customer's identity instead of repeatedly rejecting the request. This is a very old and extremely important number. I have already visited the showroom, provided all documents, and completed successful Aadhaar verification.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ“ถ

    Hello @airtelindia I switched to a new phone and my esim was transferred yesterday. My SMS posting has issues. I am unable to send/receive messages incl OTPs. Calls work fine. Your 121 call is endless loop. And even app needs an OTP to login. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last month l did a recharge of 279 OTT, this month deducted Autopay same 279 still not activated,called many times to ur customer care,no use, what has to do now. Though I have all paid upi proof, @TRAI ,

    @airtelindia If Iโ€™m getting barely half the promised speed, should I also pay half the bill? Please investigate and resolve this. I have speed-test screenshots/videos as proof. If this isnโ€™t resolved, Iโ€™ll raise an official complaint with all the evidence.
