    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Nothing happen yet still we are facing network problems. Surprise got received SMS that complain have been resolved. What a foolish system closing my complain without resolving issues. Not worthy to recharge or pay bills

    @airtelindia doesn’t seem to take customer complaints seriously. We need more telecom companies and real competition, so customers have the freedom to choose the service that actually works best for them.

    Airtel Customer Care, here are such d***head people sitting that they don’t bother to reply even after 1 month despite several reminders. They are such idiots that they don’t care at all about their customers. Frustrated by all this, I ported my mother’s phone, my wife’s phone and am going to port my phone to @reliancejio. I am using @airtelindia AirFiber also; that too I am going to stop, all because they are not valuing us. Me going to port won’t affect them, I know that, but it’s for my self-respect. I can’t be with them who do not respect me.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been completely non-functional for the last 2 days. Your customer executive says it is due to an “unavoidable outage” in area, but there has been no clear update or resolution timeline. Please look into this urgently and restore the service at earliest.

    @TRAI It’s not that slow but customer care is really bad when we face an issue. That’s @airtelindia I am talking about. Waiting for restoration, it’s 8th day without internet. And it’s not me alone, a whole area. Many students suffering here but do they care, not at all @airtelcare

    @airtelindia I'm getting call after calls to combine my personal phone number with my office wifi network. I have said humpty number of time not to do it. One has gst and other doesn't. One is personal orher is official. Maybe next time I have to unsubscribe the service.
