    @airtelindia I have been facing dead internet for 20 days now, and every attempt of resolution has failed, mind you its not “slow” my entire internet service is dead. Its very inconvenient and the customer service is of absolutely no use, i have online classes running from 8-5

    @airtelnews @airtelindia SR 138547608 raised with Airteland got closed with no resolution provided. Airtel black customers supposed to get resolution in 24 hours but ticket gets closed.. Is this the way Airtel customer care team treats customers..
