    @airtelindia unable to phantom why you call me and when I pick the call you put me in a queue (with wait music ) which went up to 12 mins in one instance without any response. Your processes are terrible. Trying to shift my Black connection from last one week has been a nightmare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . In the name of black airtel , their team speak generic lines only . No solution. A normal n/w issue require 15 days . I got the sim changes and it resolved . I know the issue airtel don’t say . They provide door delivery for new customer not old.
