    @airtelindia Applied for a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection (Request ID: 025133713968), submitted documents, and completed payment. Later, the installation engineer informed me that service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹379 plan with unlimited 5G, a 5G phone, 5G SIM, and I’m clearly connected to 5G. But for the past 6 days, after 2GB usage, I keep getting capped — even on 5G. No fix.#airtel

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no reply here even after such poor service, will the problem be resolved or not? It would be better if you get Jio Airfiber installed, at least the technician's number comes up after complaining, nothing like this is happening here.

    @airtelindia please a request for disconnection of DTH box no 002 a week ago..got a call from Airtel Team stating someone will cone to pick DTH box in 1 day..No one bothered to call or come to picking the box.When call customer care they have another level of arrogance..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We've raised multiple complaints, but the outages keep recurring. Temporary restoration isn't enough—we need Airtel to identify the root cause, fix the infrastructure permanently, and communicate transparently whenever services are disrupted.
