    Will Airtel charge me less every month based on the hours of downtime? Every few days, the office Airtel BB connection goes off for 5-6 peak working hours. Do you assume every small office has 2 BB connections from 2 diff service providers? @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Worst network in my area cant even get 2g speed but paying for 2gb per day @airtelindia please do something, its been like this for more than 2 years.even if its village people are paying money to get the network.

    @TRAI Ofcourse, I live in the prime location of delhi, I & my family members have many sim cards of @JioCare and @airtelindia but both network are worst. Internet to door ki baat hai even calling is not possible and both the service providers are charging High prices of recharge.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m using the ₹449 5G plan, but for the past 2 days my internet has been working very poorly. The 5G connection is unstable and the speed is much lower than expected. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. #Airtel #Airtel5G

    @TRAI Airtel is the worst network of the world. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . They don't respond and not even pay for non working days.

    @TRAI yeah i have a Airtel sim. Their internet is pure garbage in every single location. Zero reliability. And customer care? Even worse. When you call them, you only get a ******* voice agent/bot. It keeps looping the same useless script again and again, never understands a single word you say, and deliberately traps you so you can NEVER talk to a real human. Absolute psychological torture. I paid ₹979 for their so called "3 month unlimited 5G" plan. Unlimited? What a ******* scam. After just 300 GB they throttle you into the ground. 5G becomes slower than 2G. Data crawls so hard you can’t even open Twitter or Linkedin properly. Absolute fraud @airtelindia i'm gonna switch into Jio after recharge end.. @Airtel_Presence
