    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. Wifi down from yesterday in Warje, Pune, 411058. Complaint raised - 11034575725. Engineer assigned for 1pm today, calls me 5 mins back & says he can't attend as his area is different! Asks me share OTP to reschedule. What is this?? @TRAI

    I’m unable to receive any sms on my no & I have raised a complaint and it has been more than 15days since ticket has been raised and escalated.I have visited Airtel store 6-8 times in last one week. No resolution frm @airtelindia yet. Wrst customer service ! @shashwaatsharma

    @airtelindia Recently switched to an eSIM on Android. Activation completed within the expected time, but SMS services still haven't started even after 24+ hours.The chatbot says it's activated and asks me to restart the phone, but I've tried multiple times with no luck Need help
