    @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been DOWN for 3 DAYS. Complaint/Order 11039071966 is still unresolved.I’ve now been informed that the technician was late and the task has been reassigned. This is unacceptable. Please escalate immediately, restore my Wifi

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet is not working from last 30 days and same issue I faced in last month as well. No assigned engineer is coming to check the issue and when I call them they say I do not check this area. Please look into this on priority.

    I purchased Wifi from @airtel & in just 3 days i told them to disconnect. There are multiple reasons for it 1. I was unable to use it at committed plan of 100 mbbs, i was getting 40-50 mbps speed When i raised the concern in the support @airtelindia @TRAI

    Pathetic service by Airtel WiFi! Despite raising successive complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of fixing the actual problem, I keep receiving the same response and an antenna has been installed on the floor. This is unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia being an Airtel Black customer from last 3yrs, your wifi has been not working since last 48 hours and every time the customer care team just increases the timeline of delay and asks me to wait. Its ridiculous. I have been facing this technical glitch every alternate*

    Dear @airtelindia your 5G service sucks on highways. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.

    No this is absolutely wrong my network was down for 12 hours, your store, executive Rohit, Deepak didnt help and even didnt respond to my call and message. No help from Airtel, it was automatically resume after 12 hours, no action on store and executive. @airtelindia
