  @airtelindia ur service remains pathetic as always. Till the time payment is not done u keep calling and chasing like idiots and once payment is done there is no accountability or follow up. Reason I stopped using airtel for a long time

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Fiber broadband hs been down for over 24hours. My work has been severely impacted, & I've lost an entire working day because of this outage. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. This is extremely disappointing.

  Really disappointed with the support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Payment and @OfficialDMRC. Rs 500 was deducted while recharging my Airtel NCMC card via the Thanks App, but the balance was never credited. There's no refund. My complaints keep getting closed without resolution.

  @airtelindia My #AirtelDTH has not been working since yesterday. Complaint already raised, but after 24 hours, no engineer has called or visited. Customer care is only giving excuses without any resolution. Very disappointing service. Please resolve this urgently. #PoorService
