Why would I even pay for a service that I am not using? Or is this how @airtelindia issues bills to every other customer? I really need the issue resolved now. I need a clear cut explanation for the bills issued and I want the cancel the connection at home.

I am unable to use my airtel sim anymore. I have been using this more than 8years now. Suddenly it stopped working and there seems to be no network access. I visited multiple times to airtel store and got worst service till date. I want resolution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Hey @airtelindia .. amaze that your network may be very fast but your service is very slow and poor....! I had tried recharging my account on 1/11/2022 but my recharge was failed and my account was debited... It's been more than 1 month , but my amount is not refunded....

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel, I am running from 4-5 days just because I want to converter physical sim to esim and nt finding any way because email no one is helping, no cc only ivr and Airtel store tells convert ur sim in postpaid. Y dn't u cls prepaid service.
