  Extremely disappointed with Airtel WiFi service. My installation was scheduled yesterday between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM, but no engineer showed up. The assigned engineer isn't answering calls, and customer support is not taking the complaint seriously @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Despite branding themselves as "India’s 1st Spam fighting network", @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is one of the most network which generates most spam with useless calls. I have complained to them multiple times from past 6 months and no action taken by @Airtel_Presence .

  Dear @airtelindia why this scam! Airtel seems to have come up with a new way to push customers toward higher-priced plans. With the ₹349 recharge, unlimited 5G is no longer available, and users are limited to 4G data. To get the same unlimited 5G benefits, customers are now being asked to recharge with the ₹399 plan. If 5G is truly unlimited and the 5G network is already available, why should customers have to pay ₹399 instead of ₹349 for the same service?

  @JioCare Don't try to bluff There is no option of technician visit from customer end..The design of SR is created such a way that customer cannot do any thing.. 48 hours and still NOTHING.. SR000037QAS3 Escalated service request - still Nothing @airtelindia take the business #SHAME
