  After a long conversation with the company technical staff they are saying that all the problems have been solved and if I travel international in the next 30 days I can avail the pack, which I do not need and it proves that the problem was from the company's end.@airtelindia

  1/2 Super pathetic support by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Takes about 5 days to work on complaints on the Thanks app & close them without any resolution. Customer care no. gets disconnected frequently & has huge wait times or they'll put u on hold. No Email Support as well.
