Your employees came yesterday on the name of maintenance and left in the afternoon with the fibers cut. What kind of idiot does and unwanted maintenance when there were no issues to subscribers. That too on a weekday. Nonsense @airtelindia

Sad that our telecom companies increased cost of 1.5 GB data plan from 199 to 299. Just as lakhs of kids study online thanks to a big shift in Indian education. Seeing many parents who can’t afford 199 for 2 kids. It’s wrong to treat kids like this. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@airtelindia The most pathetic services you guys provide for broadband. My fixedline number is 08041636999 and i face Internet issues daily. Now when I tried to connect with Bhargavi the call disconnected. @reliancejio has better services and quick resolution.
