  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was trying to figure out migrating from prepaid to postpaid, and a request was taken without my consent. It’s ok since I wanted it. But my network is down for around 2 hours now and during day time. Not fine. Transaction ID: 21-3832552487063.

  @airtelindia Got a New SIM since the existing SIM was not working, it’s been 6 hours yet to get activated.. Ur customer care directs me to Airtel store, while the store claims services are active, net net am getting penalised, not getting the network..pls assist (9962199000).

  @airtelindia absolutely pathetic with the service lately. My mobile internet stopped working on the 26th of December 2021 and they still haven't resolved it, moreover they closed the ticket Id 31-3832661838254 without any resolution. @VittalGopal #sunilmittal @AshwiniVaishnaw
