@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but the staff there now claims that it was issued under a different customer ID than the one I provided and that it does not match mine. I have all the proof (e.g UPI, bank account link and different upi account link) that I am using that number

@airtelindia My ticket ID is 10158876908 and it has been open for 3 days now however I was promised it will get resolved within 10 hours I have reached out to your customer service team several times but have not received any update on when this issue will be resolved.

@airtelindia My 12-year-old Airtel SIM stopped working out of the blue, complaining about "no service," so I went to the Airtel store to get help. Later, I knew that I needed to get a duplicate SIM, but the staff there now claims that it was issued under a different customer ID

since 12 yr but now I can't get that due to @airtelindia policy I can no longer use my ID to get a duplicate sim, nor can I upgrade with providing any documentation or proof. Thanks @airtelindia for you great support towards customer
