    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Airtel stop lying about “customer not responding.” Active plan already exists then how does a new recharge get activated immediately instead of queueing? This is a billing/system flaw, not user error. Fix it or explain. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Seriously I want to say you guy are very bad at fixing things man It’s been 4 days almost of me having WiFi issues not a call neither fix pathetic But a reminder call to recharge the WiFi plan is on point atleast 10days ahead

    Paying ₹824 every month for Airtel, and this is the service I get. Google Pay will not open, YouTube takes 4:21 minutes to load, yet @airtelindia claims fastest internet. This is Naini, Prayagraj, a proper urban area. Completely disappointing and unacceptable service. #airtel

    @airtelindia if you can't provide good service with your Airtel Black air fibre plan then please stop the service and dont ruin our hard earn money. It extremely pathetic service since I installed it. Have called the customer service numerously still 0 solution. #airtel #internet

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews we had taken new Wifi + TV. After 15 days, still TV setup box has not been installed. On app it is shown as cancelled. There is no way to reach to customer care. Engineer & Sales guy is ignoring calls.
