    @airtelindia You take less than 24 hours to install new connection, but for disconnection you simply keep calling & do nothing. Do you want us not to purchase any service from Airtel in future? Is this the moto behind calling again & again for same thing and frustrate customer ?

    @TRAI not able to file a complaint against @airtelindia for call drops in Charama, Chhattisgarh region. Their customer support didn't help and your "My Calls" app doesn't work @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia WORST CUSTOMER CARE. Even after talking more than 10 times there is still no resolve. On time to take the bill but no solution for the customer. Please disconnect my wifi and refund me my money. Disconnection was informed in APRIL.

    Wait till you have a bad day and then @airtelindia decides to conk off for more than 24 hours leaving you with a fried brain that dealt with call centre professionals for more than 4 hours. The worst service ever, so much for upgrading to 5G.
