    Even after sending DMs and complaint details, there is still no proper reply or technician update from the Airtel team. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, then at least provide a full bill waiver for this month. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is so frustrating... 3 days any my Rs2,500 per month broadband connection is down. Your app shows there is an open ticket for 13th <WOW> I am unable to change the date, your assigned technician is not available as i can't call him, You "help" bit is useless as it throws me a phone number to call which is like any design IVR. Am at my wits end how to get someone to come repairing

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hopeless and worst airfibre connectivity and more worst service. Finally i have discontinued my IPTV service. Never go for AIRTEL AIR FIBRE CONNECTION.

    Extremely frustrated with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. 8 days of shifting delays and endless false promises. Now they are refusing to disconnect my service when i asked. Is this how you treat customers? I need an immediate resolution or an immediate cancellation. #airtel

    @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not be converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.

    Another bad experience unfortunately. And seems like a pattern, unless there is social media furor, there is no check or respire. Was a simple request for disconnection of @airtelindia dth, which has not been completed. Can you please help.

    @airtelindia Never seen such pathetic service provider, placed Wi-Fi order and it’s been 24 hrs yet no one contacted. No ivr call option, no proper chat support. Good that I experienced it before installation, ACT Fiber is 101% better than you people. @Airtel_Presence
