  How do you allow fraud within the network? Ticket 31-1000014389228 . Two hour international call added In my May Bill. There's is separate line item at the same time for a local call. Till now you have not been able to tell me how that's possible. You are just closing the ticket saying billing is correct. How can a operator of your size allow fraud within your network? On top of that I was told my complaint is legit and I will get the refund in my next bill. You have closed the ticket with a different comment saying bill is correct.   @Airtel_Presence All required documents for my late father's SIM transfer have already been submitted at Airtel Store Bhagalpur. Still no resolution. Why such a complicated process for legal heirs? Please solve this urgently. @airtelindia It's really frustrating.
