    From last two to three days, it’s showing emergency only @airtelindia It’s disgusting that still we have to face such kind of network issue. @Airtel_Presence Too bad service being provided by @airtelindia to it’s customers. Right now as well it’s Emergency 👏👏

    It was very bad experience with Airtel Manager. Don’t expect such type of bad service from Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . He doesn’t know how to talk with customers.His name is Pankaj Kumar +91 96319 49024 District-East Champaran City- Raxaul, 845305.

    My mobile converted into DABBA due to service of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I can't call to any one When other call to me airtel tell them no incoming service is available on my number while I have 29 days validity with unlimited outgoing calls and 1.5 gb net

    @AirtelIndia I am on your ₹859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2

    @airtelindia I have been trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid. You guys have not been processing and charging heavily even when i hardly use your service. Not to mention the utterly pathetic network that just doesn't work. Better process request to avoid further escalation.

    @airtelindia Network still dropping every 4–5 hours in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. Calls and data stop both indoors and outdoors, affecting multiple users at home. If not fixed soon, I will switch networks. #Airtel #NetworkIssue

    @airtelindia Shifting a Wifi is not a rocket science. I have got 3 technicians numbers in last 48 hrs and none of them picked my phone. I am without internet since last two days. Please look into it urgently else you will loose a Airtel black customer with 6 mobile numbers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????
