@airtelindia On 24 July I made call for Same problem ,customer care replied me he told, your complaint is closed, I said without problem solving how it will closed. They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think this this type of call received for resolution code 4-5 times. On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .

Hi @airtelindia It's really bad technique to ask people to recharge with unlimited pack. Since I have recharged with 49+10 rs I still can't send SMS. I talked to customer care they said you can't send SMS just because you don't have unlimited pack. 1/2

tried doing data recharge of 251, 3 times the payment gateway failed, and 3 coupans are showing used, till now waiting, coupans are not reverted back. 20210726547994 complain no. but still no resolution. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank
