From last two to three days, it’s showing emergency only @airtelindia It’s disgusting that still we have to face such kind of network issue. @Airtel_Presence Too bad service being provided by @airtelindia to it’s customers. Right now as well it’s Emergency 👏👏

@airtelindia I think you no longer provide customer service. There is no easy way to talk to the customer service rep. The automated voice is terrible. It’s not even taking my inputs. You pretend to support customers but actually you don’t want them to reach out to you.

Disappointing #airtel customer care service. My #airtelbroadband complaint is unresolved since more than 45 days & every time I call the customer care to check the status I get a new timeline of 48 hrs or 3 days or 7 days. Sad! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hi Airtel Team, how long will you provide such a poor internet connectivity and call clarity issue. This is becoming unbearable now. BSNL is much better than any other pvt MNO even if govt not supporting them to launch 4G @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia surrendered the connection number 3012299436 001 several times but being charged since long. last closure requested on 13/03/2021 vide SR 39027986 Kindly arrange to reverse/ refund the amount levied on first Connetion.your Cust care is worst
