    @airtelindia Forcing the user to recharge with certain amount and not cooperating to recharge with lesser amount. This isn't cool. It might force the user to change the network while retaining the number. Wake up Airtel!

    am I the only person who feel like breaking my phone everytime I try to reach a customer care executive at @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia finally overcoming the urges to lose my cool, the care executive goes "sorry sir we can't help you since it doesn't show in our system"
