@ACTFibernet I'd raised a request on the APP with complaint number: SR10266562072094. The case was never resolved, no one came and it was closed as resolved. The engineer assured he'll come. But it's been 3 days since. Who wants a new customer? @JioCare @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have raised broadband shifting request from chennai to coimbatore on 6th Dec , but till now shifting is not done. am not getting any proper response from customer care. I am daily calling to customer care and they are always saying it will complete by 24 hrs.
