    @airtelindia I have been unable to use wifi since past 4 days, Complaint raised but no action taken. Been delaying since more than 4 days. 3 requests raised still issue is not resolved. This is not the service I expect while having 7 services of yours and Airtel black member.

    @airtelindia let the customer suffer seems to be the motto of airtel WiFi . They are the most pathetic company ever. No Internet for last 36 hours and this outrage is happening for the 3rd time this week . And Nobody cares ,

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel, I’m using a Sony Xperia 1 iv (5G-capable) with a 5G-enabled SIM, but I’m still only seeing 4G on your network. Could you please check if this device can be added to your supported 5G list or help troubleshoot the issue?
