    @airtelindia pathetic service for xstream. Complain pending since 3 days no engineer allocated. In this time of Work from home,broadband shut, customer care executive have no answer. Says will be resolved today only everyday.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am your customer since 2010. From last 3 year there is no proper network in my house area.I have complained so many times.And didn't get any solution. Recently again I complained and they gave me date of 25 August but problem is remains same

    Hello @airtelindia Why the hell are you sending Hindi and Bhojpuri notifications to a Maithili customer? It’s really annoying to see Bhojpuri IVR even though I am Maithili Speaker. It’s your responsibility to value one’s language, and emotion. #IVRInMaithili

    @airtelindia dear airtel from last 7 days I have witnessed worst network from airtel we r not able to talk even for 60 sec till now there is no any solution now I am planning to port to other operator.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing network issues from yesterday there is no network available on my SIM card. Tried connecting to the help centre but no conclusive output facing many problems without network not able to call as well as no internet. Pls look into this.
