    @airtelindia Mr. Mittal when you offer peanuts you attract monkeys only ! All your engineer are monkey ! My wifi and landline is not working for lat 4 month and I am paying you the bills ! Is it a customer is fools ! Customer support become customer harassment ! God help Airtel

    Seriously fed up with Airtel WiFi services. Took a new connection just 10 days back and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant WiFi slowness and frequent disconnections. Called customer care 6+ times already. Every single time they say “issue escalated” @airtelindia

    @Di__p__jyoti @airtelindia Brother, I've been trying to get an update for months. Please use WiFi for WhatsApp and calls, as it's a waste of money to pay for a network connection when it's not available.

    @airtelindia Sourav, I appreciate your early response but I am running of patience. I have subscribed Airtel IPTV only 8 months back & till now this is the 3rd time I am facing the problem with your service. I don't understand how come this company can be so inefficient.

    Such a horrible experience I have with @airtelindia as I want to readjust my ott expense in next Billing time period. But airtel ignore it several times and said that it cannot be adjust as already added to cart. Last I have the only option to port to other service providers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Registered (SR: 11030788934 & 11030918528) but no resolution and one was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Also received assurance of ₹1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.
