This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelindia It has been 1 day and my phone is showing "No Service." Forget about 5G,even 2G is not working. It seems you are only focused on earning money from users while providing no service at all. Whether the service quality is poor or not is a secondary issue—the network is completely 0

  @airtelindia terrible service you are not able to resolve a ticket for 2 weeks and your so called premium black support person name Pavan in Bangalore says he doesn’t care if 200 houses disconnect from airtel. Great customer service !

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

  @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your ‘so called’ International Roaming is totally ******. Outgoing calls never work on IR. It always says services barred. I am a 20-year postpaid loyalist of this sim, but I believe it’s now time to change this.
