    . @airtelindia Request 4 fiber tv connection on 22 Apr 2026 ws raised & I paid 500/- on the same day. I ws told i will get a call within 4 hrs bt no-one called. I called 121 on 23rd, 29 Apr but no help arrived. Today is 30 Apr still no response. mob no. 9767572512 Any ETA??

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support clearly stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter would be reviewed and adjusted on billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999

    It's already been 3 days and Airtel hasn't activated the connection. The most unfortunate thing is that the team is also not picking up the call and is unable to answer on status. Such a pathetic service, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
