@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia network range and internet speed is so horrible in my area. Work from home is not worked out due to poor network. Airtel..pls help to resolve the issue.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even on IVR menu from other network it will all talk nonsense expect from connecting to customer service, its good to use AI however atleast give a damn option to register a complaint. Stores are closed now not sure how i can get it fixed 😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your app is so crap That it won’t connect to agent , 198 Is not connecting to agent .. just charged late fee of 100. I won’t pay that. Allow to talk to agent else please tell me what to message for porting
