    @airtelindia tried reaching out to Customer care however no resolution. As per Customer Care Airtel will reach out to me with in 4 working hours. However no call received till date. I called 4times on 121 and this is the standard response I received from them.

    @airtelindia My 72 year old aunt is Airtel customer since past 15 years and is still using a 3G sim in her 4G enabled phone. Unfortunately she can’t visit Airtel office due health issues . Is there any way you can replace and deliver 4G SIM at her home (at pin code 456001)?

    @airtelindia I raised network complaints in the last 3 years back till not solved, Airtel is a 3rd class network and service company. DTH Customer care is a worst.
