    @reliancejio If jio will not give us full unlimited plans then we will also go on another bord like @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia Please not that your Jio network does not have any 4g speed and not work as 3g. Please do it fast. 9904134390

    So @airtelindia ! Is asking for security money back in the event of connection failure from Airtel from past 10 days and now termination of connection from customer's side is not allowed? Is that your money?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber router’s 5 GHz Wi-Fi is stuck on DFS channel 52, transmitting at extremely low TX power (~3 dBm), causing bad latency, retransmits and poor throughput. need a remote config push from ACS to set 5 GHz channel to fixed 36/40/44/48 (non-DFS UNII-1), 80 MHz width, instead of Auto. Already tried “Optimise Wi-Fi” in Airtel Thanks app - it claimed 52→44, but after reboot + Wi-Fi scan, router is still on 52. So changes didn’t actually apply. ( attaching screenshot for reference, it didn't do what it says it has done, seems like it's purely cosmetic) Please escalate to L2/network engineering and raise a ticket. This is a config issue, not a restart/technician issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The customer support is too irresponsible.. technicians and agents not picking the calls!... Are they sleeping? This kind of service is not bearable... Worst service by @Airtel_Presence ..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since 14/05/2026, the issue is still unresolved. Your team called multiple times, but nobody visited to fix it, and the complaint was closed without resolution. Very poor and frustrating service experience.
