    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked a cylinder from airtel app, Money is debited but cylinder not confirmed,and not received any refund It's more than 48 hours now Transaction id- 210511542877 Please help me ASAP

    My refund is not yet done even after 45 days, after waiting too long and and after facing mental harassment with your customer care I've decided, if you don't confirm me refund date today, I'll cut off yourbroadband wires until money is refunded @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia #Airtel I have contacted your customer service multiple times, and every time I am assured that the issue will be resolved, but it never is. It seems that my complaints have been ignored, and the issue persists, which has caused me great frustration.
