    @airtelindia I have been Airtel customer for past 20 years. I thought I was happy with the service until recently I moved to Belgium and I started getting SPAM calls from 5am early in the CET time which is absurd. I am shamed to realise that airtel DND service is totally fake.

    @Rangith @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stopped auto debit when I found they are charging a service charge for that. Not sure if they still do.

    @airtelindia With proper recharge and account balance , I am unable to use my data services ..and complaint will take 7 days? Your IVR does not give an option to speak to a CSR..how inconvenient is that?? So not user friendly ..Please resolve ASAP
