@airtelindia There is a Hindi proverb ‘आगे दौड़ पीछे छोड़’, which is true in Indian telecom industry. They focused on 4G while 3G wasn’t stable. Now the focus is shifting to 5G, even though 4G isn’t stable yet. Customers need a stable network, not an incremental form of ‘G’ @TRAI @DoT_India

Despite showing the proof of the signal strength you guys have closed my ticket. Service Request no. 31-3732212443158 has been resolved. @Airtel_Presence have some basic sense and understanding of the customer problem.@airtelindia
