  @airtelindia your company service is worst, I used airtel sim from last 11 years, but all time your customer care cheat us, when I port sim he gave me offer but after reacharge the refuse for all offers..

  Horrible customer support, @airtelindia @airtelnews as your sales team committed false speed and data plan. 799 plan we have taken, they committed 100mbps speed, its been almost 7 days the speed is 40-50mbps. That plan is of 499. Now sales guy is not responding.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I AM NOT GOING TO PAY SINGLE PENNY UNLESS AIRTEL TAKES ACTION AGAINST SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL GOONS AND CALL ME ABOUT THE ISSUE. THIS TIME I EXPECT MORE RESPONSIBLE PERSON. I WILL KEEP REMINIDING ABOUT THE CALL ON DAILY BASIS

  @airtelindia before calling we have to listen to what amitabh bachan has to say.. It delays the phone call by more than 1 minute. It's very irritating plus sometimes even a minute can save life. We all have heard that now.. We know the SOPs, now plz stop that ****.

  @ViCustomerCare The issue hasnt been addressed, I am without mobile internet for over a week now, its safe to assume that Vodafone's Customer Care is below par which doesnt bother to address customer complaint and concerns, hence I wish to port to much better and potent services of @airtelindia

  Visitng 2 times to Airtel office guwahati zoo road, it takes 1 hour to take your turn.. Vodafone is far better in service, bit low speed is better than Poor service @airtelindia

  Have received 3 calls from different employees of @Airtel_Presence regarding my network issue and heard same old story of resolving it and they r themselves Not sure about solving it. How cheap and pity of @airtelindia and it's highly unprofessional, inefficient team. SHAME
