@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am not able to change my broadband plan. App always gives an error while trying to view/change plan "Something went wrong...". Customer service useless as always, with the same "some technical problem" in their system.

@DoT_India Airtel has forcefully added Amazon Prime subscription to their customer bill without customer approval. I have been repeatedly requesting Airtel support team to revoke Amazon Prime subscription amount from the bill but no action taken yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unless I get a reply & problem is fixed, I won't be able to pay d amount being asked. I didn't ask for renewal of same broadband plan. You are forcing high priced plan by not giving option to change it in app. This is scamming at another level!!
