    I never thought in village area so struggling for mobile network. Imagine! How village students are studying online? Airtel is one of the worst network in my village. Kindly look in to this matter @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Don't spend money on advertising if you can't provide reliable service. My Wi-Fi has been down since 28th June, and your customer support has been unable to resolve the issue. This level of service is disappointing. on't give your customers a reason to change.

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. It is impossible to talk to somebody on the so-called helpline 121. Making everything automated has resulted in service levels falling drastically. Service request not getting attended to.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn't the first time. Earlier, when my AirFiber developed a fault, the local team delayed replacing the equipment for over a month despite repeated complaints. Only after multiple follow-ups was the issue finally resolved. Unfortunately, I'm facing the same experience again.

    @airtelindia Pathhetic service! Ref 657348899 scheduled for 10AM 2day. SE Padmanaban lied all day, skipped calls, then passed d buck. Dey then assigned SE Radhakrishnan He ghosted n didn't pick up calls. I need to handover house keys NOW. Who is responsible for dis mental agony
