    @Airtel_Presence I am honestly considering porting my entire families connections to another service provider. There are 6 sim-cards on my family plan and based on this experience, I don't see any point in sticking around with @airtelindia any longer.

    @airtelindia never seen such a worse customer service to link my email id it will take 7 days it seems in jio app if I do its just done within seconds. First the customer care registered with the wrong email id to remove the email id it will take 1 week and to register again it

    @airtelindia my broad band connection has been interrupted for the past 5 days and there is no response from the service team. Every-time a call is made to the customer care a default recording is played mentioning the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs.
