  My @airtelindia Fiber broadband was down for ~48 hours and was restored only after countless follow-ups and repeated calls to customer support. Paying for a service that I couldn't use is unacceptable. I expect fair compensation—either bill adjustment or extension of my validity.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your support is pathetic. Your social media account @Airtel_Presence is worse! Finally after horrific response from Airtel Cares, I continued calling airtel support & they somehow obliged. Next time i will simply get the connection removed if this happens 😡

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ll don’t care at all. Internet down since yesterday 13th July 3:30pm at Marigold Meridian Bldg Bhandup… no internet at all no ETA no customer support. Frequent disruptions. It’s time to discontinue the services.

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress have been facing so much of internet issues lately, the internet loads and just doesn't work properly, have faces similar problems before too but nothing resolved All your AI agents do is register the issue and gives 1 week time to resolve which never resolved
