I almost spoke with the customer care more than 4-5 times. But still no response. I am expecting cancellation and a refund from their side. What am I supposed to do next? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews #airtel #ChennaiNews #AirtelScam

@airtelindia I have been facing a problem with my WiFi for the last 4 days and am not getting a proper response from customer care or the engineers. The engineers visited my home, left without saying anything, and have not responded to my calls since then. If you are not having responsible engineers who fullfill the comments then people should opt for disconnection for all the airtel connections.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As an Airtel Black subscriber, I made the apparently unreasonable request of having my fiber connection switched from NAT mode to bridge mode. To Airtel’s credit, the configuration change was completed promptly the very next day. Unfortunately, that seems to be where competence ended. What none of your support personnel, across multiple support tickets and at least three levels of escalation, appear to understand is that when an ONT/router is configured in bridge mode, the subscriber requires PPPoE credentials to actually access the Internet. This is not an exotic networking concept. It is Networking 101. As a result, my broadband connection remains unusable. Since my Airtel TV set-top boxes also depend on this connection, my television services are down as well. My professional work has been impacted, and I have spent days educating your support teams about the basics of the service they are supposed to support. My current ticket number is: 11032477458. Today, two different representatives called to assure me that my issue would be attended to. Having made those assurances, they have now apparently adopted the innovative customer-service strategy of simply not answering calls. At this point, I am seriously considering permanently disconnecting the broadband service and pursuing compensation for the consequential losses I have suffered due to Airtel’s inability to resolve a straightforward technical issue. And finally, a word about the Airtel Thanks app. Calling it “Airtel Thanks” is perhaps the most optimistic branding exercise in telecommunications history. Based on my experience, “Airtel Thankless” would be considerably more accurate.

@airtelindia Complaint No. 31-1000014148715 This is not just a billing dispute. It's an Airtel Thanks App issue. I selected a ₹295 International Roaming pack in the app. Airtel later claimed it was an "In-Flight Pack" and billed me ₹698. Which is correct?

Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, just a quick math check. Is 24 hours equal to 144 hours in Airtel’s dictionary? 🤔 6 days of total blackout, multiple fake promises, and zero internet. Absolutely shameless service. Fix it today or take your router back

@airtelindia ur iptv streaming of @unite8sports looks so bad. With low bitrate and regular intervals of glitches with poor stuttering kind of fps. It looks like 480p stretched on screen and calling it HD. Even in 2026, India is not getting FHD with good bitrate forget 4K. #Zee5
