    @airtelindia My wifi is not working, I had a complaint about it, the person who visited went away without assuring that the wifi connects. He visited in non-working hours which is not acceptable at my end. I had done complaint about it in the morning. I need a quick resolution.

    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, I’ve already ported out but still getting messages about a ₹53.63 due. Tried paying but no proper way to access the bill. Why make it this difficult to clear a small amount? Fix this ASAP. Call me on my number - 7411422318

    @airtelindia your WiFi sucks. It is less that 5mbps despite opting for Airtel Black option. Can you fix this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i visited an Airtel store, where I was charged and issued a replacement (postpaid) eSIM with the same number. However, today the exact same problem has happened again — my phone switched off, and now the eSIM network is not coming back at all.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Went for SIM reactivation but your store staff misused my Aadhaar to open an Airtel Payments Bank account and activated ₹149 insurance WITHOUT my informed consent. SIM is still not working after hours. This is clear mis-selling + KYC misuse. I request: Immediate SIM activation Cancellation of account & insurance Full refund Strict action against the store staff involved If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @RBI and file a complaint with the consumer court. @Airtel_Presence please take urgent action.

    @airtelindia I have already followed all the suggested steps, but the issue is still not resolved. Still facing network problems. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.
