@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence changed my sim to e-sim and followed the directions given by-the customer care representative. Guess what. Profile got deleted and now I was asked to visit the store to get new sim and I am without phone till tomorrow. Didn’t miss this chaos service.

Got the worst experience ever From @airtelindia after booking a fiber connection yesterday. Agent told that connection will be done before 01:00 PM at the Time of Booking after booking i have tried to call him but his phone is switched off and evan no response from customer care.
