Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , It has been over more than 20 days since I have raised a concern in which I am not able to download my recharge transaction receipt, but I haven't received a single help from Airtel till now, this was required on priority.

@JioCare Jio Engg told due to pending approval for fat box approval to be installed in our building from jio HO, connection will be delayed.. @airtelindia fat box is already available in the building. Jio if cant provide service faster, kindly refund the amount. Will look into other.

The landline is NOT WORKING since last 2 days. I was told an engineer would visit me, but none came. To my shock, the SR 10079809724 was closed without any resolution and without my knowledge - a clear case of lying by whoever closed it. I just reopened it. Help @airtelindia

@airtelindia : How can I block junk calls? I have done DND even then I am getting lot of junk calls on daily basis. Another thing, I kept on getting calls from unknown business callers. Upon enquiry their response is the number is shared to them. Please help.
