@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a disconnection request for my broadband connection on 4th January 2022. But still I see my plan is showing active and the disconnection service request is also closed without my knowledge. This is seriously disturbing.

@airtelindia Hi Airtel .i hv requested for converting corporate post paid connection to prepaid personal connection,with all corporate aproval.but your airtel -15 FDB told conversion will help only to post paid and another 90 days time required to convert to post paid.pls help

@airtelindia very disappointed with service in Pune, Koregaon Park area. Most of the time it's no coverage at all. Voice and data both are pathetic. No help from the support team also. Not expected from a leading telecom company. Time to switch.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please hire some professional in Haldwani who can give good customer service instead of making fool .from last 10days after several followup with Mukesh Negi and Jagdish Joshi now they said they can’t able to give internet connection even .

@airtelindia worst services ever!!! Internet broadband not working. Have raised numerous complaints in the past 2 months. All in vain. Only temporary solutions provided. Work is suffering a lot. Thinking of getting a change of connection.
