    @airtelindia Please make sure to inform clients before hand atleast in case of outage or downtime and it's very sure there is a problem in your backend payments API which is causing this issue of recharging incorrect number.

    @Capt_Armstrong @airtelindia @S_BhartiMittal Airtel network runs better only on TV advertisments. Reported broadband problems , no body bothered. When raised request for disconnection , got atleast 10 calls offering the complete line change , router change and what not... Pathetic service.. airtel is least bothered.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I wasn’t aware that @airtelindia provide such BAD SERVICE on fixing internet issue. Its been 3DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET. The only response is that it will get fixed in 4hrs. WOW AMAZED!! Such a BAD EXPERIENCE i am having. #AirtelDown #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia @airtelindia , can somebody please acknowledge this? I would like to escalate this and needy reversal as soon as possible. It's really unfortunate to have such bad experience from such a big player in telecom domain
