    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Airtel, went to your Law college square, Nagpur outlet for filing complaint about my airtel DTH.. Spent 2 hours there as they sold me Airtel black plan first.. But they could not assign a single technician even after my repeated requests..Pathetic

    @airtelindia I placed a request (around 9 AM) to update my email id with airtel as I want to opt for ESIM but its around 12 hours now, inspite of calling multiple times to the customer support, there is no action. You want me to wait further before I can use the ESIM?
