@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Useless to use airtel when there is no customer support available to resolve issues faced by customers. 1. No response to DM for 6 days. 2. Why promote 121 when no human is available there to help? Not all the issues can be resolved through IVR.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever I try to connect my peoples and someone special. You are failed to be claimed as number one network in India. The worst and poor 4G network in my local area for many days. I faced it recently few minutes ago.

@airtelindia My airtel sim is neither being detected nor receiving any signal. I tried all options like inserting in other mobile, cleaning and restarting etc.. but none worked. I am in Netherlands and it's not possible to visit store and even calling to customer care not helping

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel xtream services is down since 6pm on 4 March as per your service message it should had been resolved by 10pm but it is stil down not sure you guys take customer service seriously. To add this is 3 time service is down in a week

@airtelindia It’s bullshit service provider, asked to join Airtel Black, joined but there is software issue of Airtel Black, while monthly payment it is parking money to others account, and customer care to top management no one caring about it, request to all not to opt Airtel.
