@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Why are customers forced to recharge with higher packs just for a small SMS pack so that one can receive OTPs. I recharged with Rs. 79 and now I need to recharge with 199 again and that just for an SMS. It sucks.

@airtelindia airtelnetwork performance: 0/5. Customer Service -5/5. This is how poor u guys are performing. Even after complaining 100 times and getting ur assurances that problem will be solved in 2-4 days it’s 11 months now. Ur network is not reaching the normal places.

@airtelindia : ppl can’t make calls even on ground floor properly and u show ur ads that u r best and ur network reaches the highest of the peeks. Ur network engineers have visited. Complained to the Amritsar head. Assurances are given that ur problem will be solved but nothing.
