    @airtelindia I have been calling your customer service for the past 3 days and they just keep disconnecting the call after restarting the router. I have been unable to access the proper internet for the past 3 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is completely down. The fiber cable is properly connected, but the router shows a red LOS light. Request No: 11031456197. A 24-hour resolution timeline is too long for a complete outage impacting my work.Escalating it for urgent support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you for the response. However, I have not received any call/message/update from team on Request No:11031456197. Service remains completely down with red LOS light. Still 24hrs waiting time is too long, re-escalate and arrange urgent assistance.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why do you cut off the internet during a power outage? Is anyone stopping you from using generators to supply power to mobile towers during power cut?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just giving same response over mail again and again. You are not even trying to understand basic mathematical error that you have done. Pathetic customer support. Problem not solved since 10 days. Even appellate is not helping.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Team Airtel I am facing huge problem as call drop, network connectivity, internet connectivity. Only for network connectivity I have changed my no prepaid to postpaid but still the problem is the same.. Please Airtel do needful action to resolve.
