  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn’t the first time! My TV supports only 2.4GHz, but your router sends 5GHz. I also have Airtel postpaid. Please fix this permanently, or I’ll switch to @JioCare .

  @airtelindia Again same thing, again complaint resolved without my confirmation…. What Airtel want now…? They don’t know to resolve customer issue or they don’t want to do this? Or they don’t have capable person to handle this…? Really unprofessional worst service I ever seen.

  @airtelindia I raised a request for Airtel Xstream IPTV installation 4 days ago, but I have still not received any response or installation update. Please look into this issue urgently and arrange the installation at the earliest. Kindly provide me with an update on the statuso.

  @airtelindia I then tried to raise a support ticket. It prompted me to speak with an advisor. During the support call, I was informed that a support visit has been scheduled for day after tomorrow, i.e. 12 August. However, I haven't received any confirmation via email, SMS, or..[3]

  @JioCare very pathetic customer service my wifi not working from last 3 days still no technician is assigned we try to reach out manually the one technician abused us and said I'm not coming to repair it now switching to @airtelindia cutting of all the connection in society

  Hi @airtelindia Greetings! I've been using Airtel WiFi for the past 6 years. Never had any issues with the support service. Whenever we reached out, support was always available. But, since the past 2 days, the WiFi has been disconnecting frequently. [1]

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I'm unable to use fast Internet. I've done recharge of rs 4099. Validity will over next year. They are saying आपके पास पर्याप्त बैलेंस नहीं है customer care specialist se bat karne ke liye. Please solve this issue.
