@DoT_India, @airtelindia DOES NOT have an explicit IVR menu option on 198 to complain abt problems with voice calls n I had to choose the option "Internet/data not working" instead. This is clear proof that they attempt ignore such complaints by making the option inaccessible.

@ruhan231 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel does not register complaints to resolve your issues. They do it just to close it within a few days without doing anything. You get it registered again and the same cycle follows.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence looks like Airtel does not believe in resolving issues of customers. I have been trying to get my Airtel extreme issue resolved for last one month but no one responds. Nodal office numbers always no reply. GREAT SHOW AIRTEL.KEEP IT UP.

@Airtel_Presence Curuption level of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I have been complaining for my wifi since 13 days. At last I catch the service engineer who came to give service for my neighbour n took some under side money and took money for wire. Then service was restored in 5-10min.

@airtelindia my internet is down since last 2 days. Your Service is very slow. I requested to escalate the ticket but argument given was we have to close current ticket to raise new request… very weird process indeed. The ticket number is 10041799351. Please help.
