    @airtelindia Horrible customer service. My airtel fibernet isn’t working since somedays. Raised a complaint but no service engineer visited. They all keep stalling when I try to reach them.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had just called your support as my broadband services are down & I was repeatedly asked to call back after 2hrs as they can’t help me. I told the rep (Shubham) that I am working & need my services resumed asap but he kept asking me to call back.
