What kind of service you are providing that even after doing recharge twice I am not able to make and receive call. Now your customer care representative is saying to recharge again to restart service. Completely disappointed @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a horrible service? Inspite of repeated commitment, they could not shift the Broadband connection yet. Though this shifting does comes at cost of Rs 300/-. I donno how long I hv to wait. Oh..I forgot..I am a platinum customer.

@airtelindia The services of my airtel no 9810013948 is now worst .my mostly calls are diverted to my another jio number because of network issue. I used my no from year 1996 onwards.... But I think to change my network provider due to not respond to my difficulties.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday got your Airtel Xtreme fibre connection, In less than half an hour of installation the internet went down in the evening since yesterday raised the complained and contacted the installation engineer. Was told it was a mainline problem.
