@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really very poor show in spite of several reminders on customer care number since May 2022 and mention on tweeter no one contacted me for resolution of my broadband complaint. I am really sorry to be the part of such a lackluster company.

@subhama06 @airtelindia @reliancejio Dont get fooled by their so called "Honest" advertising. Its a ploy to play wid the minds of customers. There has been no upgrades nor optimisation of their network. Their broadband is worse then the local cable network operators.

@airtelindia How unprofessional your broadband provider can be ?? For me it’s Airtel and no fox for 10 days , 50+ calls , 10+ service request attempts ,5 times escalation to supervisory desk ( Sai Kumar , syed , Priyanka ) . No technician visit , many times assurance ,no result

I have been a loyal airtel user from past 8 years. Highly disappointed with airtel black sales/customer teams Kuldeep, a representative misguided me and charged INR 2001.17/- It has been more than 2 weeks and No satisfactory and just response from @airtelindia (1/2)
