    Your services are pathetic. No one came to diagnose the speed issue. Last month, new airtel tower installed nearby my colony but the speed is like 2G whether it is day or night. Can't get max 125 KB/s. Once my pack will over I'll port it out. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Team this is not a resolution that you are noting my address for your future network upgradation. You want me to wait for that long time. I want it to be resolved soon if you cannot do it just let me know. I won't be waiting for your future Upgradations and all. @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia , My grandfather’s sim is not working and he is not able to avail any services. He is also bed ridden and will not be able to go to any Airtel store for getting a new sim. Can you please help us out in some way?

    @AshokSh61585239 @airtelindia My relative has used this bank, when he called his customer care number they said our technical team is calling you please receive that call, that call which he received is from fraud.that clearly indicates that this bank support staff is supporting fraud

    @airtelindia bought a new prepaid SIM WITH 299 plan, activated by calling 59059, your IVR still asks me to add a plan. Guy on helpline said it would be resolved by morning - it still isn't. Still can't make calls. Fantastic first experience. Do you want a customer? If so DM.

    @airtelindia such pathetic services you provide.u just lost a customer of 5 years by just charging us unnecessary....now when I want to get disconnected u r not doing that also and keep sending me bills.keep sending. no dues will be cleared ....my disconnection no. Is 125973268
