    @airtelindia my two TV DTH are not working since 10 days. Airtel app is useless. Every time I lodged complaint, it shows it is earlier pending. There is No airtel mobile/phone no. to complain. Service provider is also don't regard to airtel customer.

    @airtelindia How many days, does it take to switch from Postpaid to Prepaid ? In this process, why should a customer pay for additional days because of lousy service ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is regarding the Network failure in our area since from two days. Forget about fast 4G there's not even 2G service available. What the hell. All the neighborhood is planning to port to other better service providers. This is incompetence at peak
