    @airtelindia After several calls to customer support and the lack of inability of the ground team to solve the issue is unacceptable. 4 days of several calls and counting, no action was taken to solve the internet issue. Poor service.

    NO resolution to issues with network, call drops, calls not getting connected and no internet since a month. 15 days TAT twice - problem still persists. Inefficient service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI WANT REFUND OF ENTIRE BILL for since Feb 2023 till issue resolved.
