    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My new SIM stopped working within just 4 days of purchase. I have no network, and even your customer care is unreachable. This is unacceptable service for a new connection. Please resolve this issue immediately. I expect a prompt response.

    @airtelindia you hav pathetic automated customer support. I hav recharged recently to 25gb pack and hav hardly used my internet and u hav marked to 0mb asking me to recharge again. Unacceptable. Pls share my complete data usage details of the current active pack

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , your customer used to suffer with your service just because of non-availability of technicians between 6 pm to 10 am in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this , almost 18 hrs took to repair breakdowns. This time it's happening 3 times/week
