    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @airtelindia @JioCare Both have released 5G but 4G service is extremely poor in area Pin 281004 Bakalpur. Both are equally irresponsible. In reply, they will send standard reply but don't take any Corrective action. @DoT_India

    Your team always tries to find the issue from customer end. The phone is new. Other operator sim is working perfect. Making the customer feel that he is in fault everything is okay from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @AdityaD_Shah Used docomo initially then for sometime Idea, after that for a long time I used @airtelindia , but then they didn't help me at all during the esim transition, so moved to @reliancejio 🥹
