For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. Two questions: 1 Why should I pay full commercial rates for days with zero service active? 2 Why is the connection completely unstable post restoration, who is handling this,are they competent?

If you have to continue with **** service then why you were asking people to choose airtel postpaid. Fraud services. I won’t pay anything extra.
