    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is a joke today. Money taken on time, but NO INTERNET SERVICE at all. This is pure harassment. If you can’t provide stable broadband, DISCONNECT my connection TODAY and stop charging me for NOTHING. Enough is enough. Fix this NOW. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @airtelindia I've gotten these messages over 10 times this past month & WiFi drops off for hours in the middle of working days: "There is an issue affecting Airtel Wi-Fi in your area. We know you rely on it every day, we are working to bring it back in the next 5-6 hrs." Fix it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever there is a power cut, the internet service in our area completely stops working. This is causing major issues in carrying out official work and affecting productivity. Kindly take this issue into consideration and resolve it. Pin- 276301
