@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

If you traveling to US never buy an Airtel roaming plan. Pathetic Customer Service, no data last 3 days. 12 follow-ups, 4 hr talk time. They will make u feel helpless, not able to identify problems in 3 days. Still waiting for problem to get fixed @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Frustrated with the pathetic service of @airtelindia. No option given on #airtelthanks app to see data usage. Even customer care is not able to retrieve the usage details. Whereas @reliancejio #myjio far better UI and data usage details option is clearly visible.
