    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @Ipraveen47 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel network does not work after 11 pm for me as well, I don't know for sure but I think they give priority to those who recharge higher value packs. Well, who knows?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have done couple of recharge still not able to call as it says my pack is expired. I tried reaching customer care not able to connect with anyone even after 10-15 minutes. How much time do I have to wait to connect someone?

    I am gold Customer of @airtelindia . Currently I am facing a connectivity issue. I can't able to access 4G internet and to voice quality is very bad. I complimented to airtel but I found that they said my problem is resolve at 12 January another swap the sim card.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have balance in my phone but validity is over and its has been since 3 years my recharge got auto renewal over these but now it stopped and customercare won’t give any solutions. Please fix it

    @airtelindia i don't get your billing cycle for my postpaid data card. Is it that unfairly you treat some of your customers even after staying with your company #airtel for so long !!! @Airtel_Presence

    Hello @airtelindia Currently i can't able to access 4G internet and to voice quality is very bad. I complimented to airtel but I found that they said my problem is resolve at 12 January another swap it. Please solve it if not then refund my recharge money and port it with jio.

    @airtelindia Increase the recharge rate but the service is very useless, even the internet does not work and even after complaining, they do not do any solution. Loss belongs to the customer only.

    @airtelindia We are doing follow up since Nov and sent email several time related to network issue reference number 31-3778738308200 but not getting response from your side. Your one of the executive had visited our site and found issue and said we will revert but its after more them 65 days

    @airtelindia how does one get resolution to complaints involving answers to questions which your 'assistant' and IVR do not deal with? How come no human available to talk to?
