    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel AirFiber 40 Mbps has had speed issues for 4-5 months. Daytime: 5-7 Mbps; 6 PM to 2-3 AM: around 1 Mbps. Multiple complaints closed without resolution. SRs: 11037136624, 11036654331. Please investigate and permanently resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago The question rises what's the point of remaining a business customer when you are unable to get a service which a prepaid customer gets in 10 minutes? Feels like a penalty for being a loyal business customer. Customer care is no longer available to end users.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am very old customer of Airtel since 2013. I have shifted to Alipore Kolkata from Hyderabad. Was having Airtel Black at Hyderabad but not shifted here to Kolkata. Paid Rs 1500 for new connection , I am struggling to get TV connection activated but not getting resolution . Today also visited Airtel Store at Alipore, Kolkata but could not get resolution. Met and Requested Mr Pravin but resolution is still pending. Store Manager was on leave. I have taken Wi-Fi Connection from Airtel Wi-Fi 03334669032. Paid all amounts asked for. However not getting TV Connection Activated. Airtel represent Mr Ishaan, mobile no +91 89813 12074 is not able to provide resolution. Struggling to get TV Set Top connection to watch TV since last two months. Corrective Action is required. Please help.

    SIM deactivated 9454949551 went to store submitted relevant documents yesterday sim belongs to senior citizen, told will be activated today, stilll deactivated nobody registering complaint contact no 7087719281 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago 48 hour since the sim has been blocked. Local Airtel store struggling to find a way for successful SIM swap. We are a business customer with registered business portal but unable to get a single human to respond!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request for Discontinuation of my Airtel Bundle 10101033955914 earlier, but I want to continue with Airtel so I kindly request you to terminate the cancellation and help me be retained with Airtel Network.
