    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I asked why speed is only upto 400 mbps over wifi even if the router is just adjacent to the devices connected, my complaint is revolving like anything but not one is providing a resolution.

    Worst service by @airtelindia! Their sales rep promised installation within 2–24 hrs, and took the payment. After waiting 2 days, I was told there’s no tower in my area. Now the rep isn’t answering calls. Customer care says refund will be processed, no refund. Please resolve ASAP

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you check how many times my installation is rescheduled. Why engineers call us if they are not available. Ask them to respect time of customer. Expecting update at earliest

    @JioCare @reliancejio please give my refund back for this month’s recharge and take your fiber box away. Will switch to @airtelindia . Havent seen a more trashy customer service. Engineer doesnt pick call, customer care is not reachable, nobody replies on twitter after DM
