    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    Thanks to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my family has experienced living in the past. For days, there was no internet, and our phone line was dead After numerous complaints, issue was finally "resolved" today But phone line's still dead. Internet is poor, no upload speed at all.

    @Airtel_Presence As discussed over the call,you saying service means the number is active whether it's working as per expectations or not is not important and a customer is supposed to pay the invoice.I request all customers to take a note of airtel policy and switch @airtelindia @consumercourtin
