@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I live in a village where we have poor mobile network. We run 4 schools/colleges and now because of covid we need to give online classes to our kids and we are unable to do so because of bad mobile network and internet issues.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for the past 2 years u have been saying that broadband infra will be upgraded to provide 100 Mbps from the current 16 Mbps; but we do not see any action; no issues as I have another ISP I will disconnect urs; result u loose a customer of more than a decade;

@airtelindia First resolve customer complaints. Just getting scripted replies without addressing any issues. Just paying bills and usage of less than 30%. Using own WiFi to use your WiFi calling. Another expense. My rollover data is 800GB plus.
