NEVER CHOOSE @airtelindia I REPEAT. @Airtel_Presence IS THE WORST NETWORK IN THE COUNTRY. Worst customer service. 3 days to update an incorrectly spelled email address. 4 days to change the same and a few more days to provide esim. Pathetic. I don’t know why I keep going back

Being a loyal customer I never thought @airtelindia would get down to such a disgrace that they would start looting their customers. I have been a victim of their fraud where even after shifting my place and raising a disconnection request these people have issued me false bills.

@airtelindia Need 2 talk, understand & upgrade a broadband plan, but the VRS on the Airtel care number has become like Catch Me If You Can, it confuses you & tries your patience. The idea seems to frustrate you. Using 4 decades and the support used 2 be world-class. #Gopalvittal
