I think @airtelindia have worst customer care service. Today morning i have recharged my prepaid sim but i couldn't send sms or calls. The customer service girl simply said "switch off your mobile and try again". The same problem occurred after rebooting my device@Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelbroadband it's been more that 1.5 years that I have raised a request to disconnect the broadband connection. You have to refund the security amount and still I am waiting for that. Waiting for ur fast resolution.
