  @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the wifi has repeatedly complaint every second day they have a service maintenance which last more than a day .......they just say sorry and repeat the cycle

  How many days you guys take to fix a non-working Wifi, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ? It's been 5 days since our Wifi stopped working & no one seems to care despite complaints. Of the 2 connections, one I ported to a better operator just recently. Pathetic!

  @TRAI I've a connection of @airtelindia of 40 MBPS and it work very well during day but at night they do something and it comes down to 1-5 mbps and sometimes dead. Atleast 4-5 days they've issue to provide network so it stays shut. And when at night I complain then they boost the speed for 10-20 minutes at par but after that it again comes back to 5-0.

  @TRAI Yes, @airtelindia especially both mobile and WiFi. I am getting Airtel data in burst mode. Some time good speed for 5 minutes and then suddenly 2G speed for next 20 minutes. Severely impacting the work and overall internet experience. There is no resolution to comaplaints.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I'm not able to understand why is this taking, this much of time. When all the issue is already explained. Airtel mentioned the TAT to 24-48hr. But the issue is still not resolved, and status is still under process.

  @airtelindia check the signal issue in tirumala Andhra Pradesh since from 1 hour there is no signal very poor net work
