@TRAI @airtelindia @airtelcares is charging customers unnecessarily in postpaid plans. They upgrade the plan without any customer acknowledgement. They push a message and upgrade and charge higher amount. They say they impliedly took acknowledgement by pushing text , no email etc

@airtelindia Misbehavior of Airtel Engineer. Given complaint for BB issue 10102413007. 2 times appointment cancelled by Govindappa 08047318420 and misbehaving with threatening words. Still the issue is not fixed.Please help to fix the BB issue

@airtelindia i had requested to port my airtel sim to jio sim because of some network issue, but your customer executive cancelled that request without my consent and i had clearly told him in call to that i have to port. I want refund of ₹150
