    Just got message of wrong deduction in my @airtelindia fastag and when tried to contact customer care, had to wait for 15 mins and then executive said his system is getting upgraded. Y can't I raise complaint frm app?if system is offline, line should not be open! @NHAI_Official

    @JioCare @reliancejio Trust me 2G internet speed is way better than jio 4G network nowadays. I have complained atleast 50 times in last 6 months to jio care and their reply is consistent "we are working on it". @airtelindia is the only hope left. #internet

But still I am very disappointed &helpless to listen that after 6 MONTH still Airtel don't know problem place where I am facing problem so u can itself imagen that airtel is how much workable

But still I am very frustrated to listen that after 6 MONTH still Airtel don't know problem place where a customer is facing prob & why he complaint as well I think the never try to read my complaint

    @airtelindia Normally Mobile operator companies discontinue services of those customers, whose bills are due and unpaid. But Airtel discontinue services after postpaid Bill payment. Thanks Airtel. Maybe next month I will switch to other company Worst experience all the Time

    @Airtel_Presence from many days, I am not receiving better connectivity in terms of both calling and using internet.... It's going to be last time I'm making a request to @airtelindia , plzz fix the issues.. It's better to work on the ground rather on the expensive advertisement

    @airtelindia Pathetic network coverage. Paying 1000+ rs per month but it seems that I am wasting my money. I want to port all my numbers but porting code was not given because there were other numbers also in the plan. Tried many times but couldn't speak to customer care

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also complained earlier, Number of times. There is no Airtel Network in my area. Why should I pay postpaid Bill, each month. Even m not dialing 20 calls in a month. Upset with Airtel.

    @airtelindia Even after filing a complaint on the consumer forum (Grievance No: 9186235), my issue is still unresolved. It’s been 17 days since full payment for IPTV, but service not provided. Clear deficiency. Resolve immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You have stopped selling prepaid sim? You don't even have option to port to prepaid airtel in your airtel thanks app. This is annoying. There is no way to contact your consumer service executive. You chatbots are useless.
