With over 15+ complaints in last 2 weeks its sad to see no resolution from @airtelindia team! Complete failure of broadband team! The only work done by the broadband team is forcing the customer to provide happy service code even when the customer is not satisfied!

REMINDER 2: @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ordered a FASTAG via Airtel 2.5 weeks ago, emailed them-only to get a std reply, but no fastag till date-apparently they are still validating the damn order. complaints raised; 8785473/8788508/8790201. WHEN WILL I GET THE FASTAG??

@airtelindia Can you check and refresh my account. It is showing “ No Service “ for my Airtel sim. It was working fine with full tower few hours back. Already have active pack. Check DM for details. Need immediate fix!

Actually @airtelindia started their broadband services to counter local broadband and @reliancejio but they only advertise so and after connection there is no service if any technical issue.

@airtelindia Everytime it is told that team will coordinate but there is follow up. I have talked to Ms kaur, Ritik and some other senior supervisor but there was no help. Even I messaged airtel twitter team but they have not replied since.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its more than 20hrs and your team is still not able to find and solve problem of no internet connectivity on my xtreme fiber connection. if you guys don't care about the costumer why the hell you guys promote so. Worst service ever.
