I booked Airtel Fiber only after your sales representative, Nanda, confirmed multiple times over WhatsApp and on a call that wired Fiber was available at my location. I have screenshots of those commitments. Today, I took time off work and waited for the installation. I asked for a 9 AM visit. Your engineers turned up around 12:30 PM, only to tell me that wired Fiber doesn’t exist at my location, only AirFiber does. They didn’t even bring a router. So what exactly was the purpose of this visit besides wasting my time? To make it worse, the engineer’s response was essentially, “We’re not Airtel employees, we don’t know.” Customer care says one thing, the sales team promises another, and the field team knows nothing. No accountability. No coordination. Just customers being passed around. I chose Airtel because I’m already an Airtel Black customer and expected better. Instead, I got false commitments, wasted hours, and absolutely no resolution. Stop sending scripted apologies. Escalate this to someone who can actually fix it.
