I did all I can to get my internet back. No one responded. One that responded left me in midway. Now you want money. You let goons to call me. Very unprofessional

Later, I was given another time of 5:30–6:30 PM, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I was then told it would be resolved today, 13 Aug.
