@airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.

After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

@airtelindia - claiming to have 5G in Bangalore is an eyewash. It barely works. Only 2 or 3 areas get 5G. All others are 4G only. If I select 5G setting on my phone it becomes erratic. Poor implementation. @Airtel_Presence #5G #Airtel5G

@airtelindia My internet connection is down since more than 50 hours. Executives quote all random reasons, say there is problem in chandigarh, the same connection on grnd floor of my building working fine and I live on the first floor. Exec was ok with my plan to switch to JIO.
