@airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.

@airtelindia how can be one running sim be fractured automatically ? I have an Airtel prepaid sim from last 10+ years and never encountered such issue. Even after that when I swapped the fault sim from an Airtel store, the new duplicate sim is going to be take 6 hours to actvte.
