    @airtelindia I have been facing internet speed issues since last week and today I filed a complaint but the engineer attending to the case has been unable to resolve the issue and left and asked to wait for two more hours. This is really poor behaviour on your part with customers

    Yo @airtelindia what kind of a stupid app do you have that doesn't allow for you to register complaints? I can't access my internet but the app insists I try to connect to it to troubleshoot, how does that work? Your app goes offline if I try to connect wifi that DOESN'T work!

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews before came to Qatar I switched my prepaid number to postpaid because of received incoming calls nd msgs but these things not valuable for me still I m not receiving calls nd msgs. I received only company calls.wht should I do.??pls help me out🙏🤘

    @airtelindia Even after repeatedly reaching out to customer care and requesting to take up issue on priority the problem is still persistent and now the internet has stopped completely stopped because the person who came has hard reset the modem and was unable to reconfigure it.
