    @Airtel_Presence May I know how much time usually it takes to upgrade the broadband plan. I initiated through App on 10th December, also requested through customer-care 2 times, and still I am waiting. And you claim number 1 service provider. Really?? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since morning I raised complaint to Nodel, Apalette Net but no one is responding. And you guys endorsing that single complain matters to you. Since a month our society having issues but no one bother if you are not able fix let us know

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic service by Airtel broadband installation support team. Chasing them from last 2 months, already raised complaint also closed in background without consent of consumer; made error in cable while installation now no reply fibre no 02010302760

    @airtelindia I have asked customer care, booster data pack as data of current plan has been exhausted. Customer care officer has done it activation with date on 25th of Jan instead of today. What is the use today more over my billing cycle start from 26th. And no resolution..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I m located in Pune wakad location. I don't think this is rural area for airtel network. Internet speed lower than 2G. Many times given complaints but not resolved yet.

    @airtelindia @TRAI frustrated by getting a normal data pack since 48 hrs from airtel and no resolution. Only answer we got, I understand your concern. Favorite answer for all escalation. Such big company is overlooking system bug and executive are not able to contact tech team.
