    @airtelindia Hi Team, I just had an hour long discussion with customer care associates regarding Airtel broadband. Issue is, I have paid 17000 for 40mbps internet connection vis-a-vis INR 4990 and nobody told me that I was being cheated. #AirtelNoThank

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal In place of investing on advertisement please do some work on your third grade network . Poor network even 3G ? Fake advertisement on customer satisfaction. Such a thired grade network provider stop fooloing customers.

    @TRAI @airtelindia - customer support informed that SMS services are not supported over VoWiFi. This should be allowed as per standards. 2F authentication needs SMS OTP - online banking is impacted.

    @airtelindia What kind of service do you provide? Disgusting! My recharge was valid till 24 January 2021, but the SIM card got blocked today, three days before! What is this rubbish? I think it's time for me to shift to another service provider

    @airtelindia absolutely pathetic service rendered by your sales executive in Pune. I am a very old Airtel user but when asked for a new esim, the executive didn’t help at all. Undertrained staff.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @consumerforum_ despite follow ups & escalations Airtel doesn't seem to bother resolving customer issues. No internet connection since last more than a month despite taking full money. This is outright theft. Regulator pls wake up. Compliant id 20201213278942

    @airtelindia data recharge RS.108 done. Amazon prime video mobile edition hasn't been activate yet. Through Airtel thanks app. It redirect to amazon app but isn't activated. I have contacted customer care but the issue hasn't been solved yet. Awaiting for your feedback.
