    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a poor response from Airtel I have raised a request 10 days back but no one has visited. And CC is saying the problem is resolved and the ticket is closed without any visit

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Worst experience ever with Airtel. I have requested to shift the connection within the city, they promise to shift in 24hrs, it's been 3days now they didn't install it. Apparently, I have asked to disconnect it, they are charging me..Con.

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If a customer has taken pains to visit your office and requested disconnection, you must respect that and NOT SPAM him for doing so. 4 days and 50 retention calls not abating. You are ruining customer experience.

    @airtelindia There is no need to make separate plans for calling only, Existing plans are already calling plans with data is free with it, wether customer use it or not... If need to make separate calling pack, then start charging 1rs per minute in them

    @airtelindia Reminder: my recharge pack clearly mentions Unlimited 5G, but it is still not working on my number. I am in Pune, PIN 411028, where 5G coverage is available. Please stop sending generic replies and resolve this issue as per the benefits mentioned on the pack.

    @airtelindia I’m using Airtel NSA 5G (3500 band), but my daily data is still getting deducted like normal 4G usage. This defeats the whole purpose of unlimited 5G. Kindly clarify why data is being consumed despite active 5G coverage. Expecting a quick resolution. @airtelindia
