    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ur services are utterly worst n disaster in our area even though the Airtel mobile tower is 500-700 mtrs away from us. When contacted CC, the arrogance towards customer is extremely disrespectful. I raised multiple complaints on internet issue

    @airtelindia I wanted to change my esim to some other device and hence called airtel helpline. They said I’ll have to insert the old issued sim in the new device and proceed with the esim process. Its been two days now and the sim is not working in the new device.
