  Airtel is one of the worst ever experience I've had. I mean N number of complaints I've done on the ivr there is not a single excutive to respond to the problem and idk if they check on to their data base or complaints because there's the same issue I face everytime. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia is anybody there on 198 and 121 number to assist customers. There is no response for DTH related issues. I m trying from half an hour to connect live agent for my DTH related issue but not succeeded. Pathetic customer care service.
