They tell us to DM them, yet they don't take any actions whatsoever. Shame on them. Their customer care executives and technicians are the worst.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Txn id 7052256691537895424 Tried recharging via your payment bank, recharge failed, payment deducted and no refund yet. Can’t complaint through your app, customer care number doesn’t have an option to complain or even talk to any exec.
