@airtelindia #worstairtel I haven't seen this kind of worst customer service ever. My broadband connection closed 1day prior and after no response from airtel team regarding money refund. This is worst customer service from worst airtel.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence got a text msg that my 299 postpaid plan will be upgraded to 349 from 8th Nov...I never opted for any plan upgrade, then who decides this??? living abroad currently, hence not using the connection much...please cancel the upgrade...

@airtelindia keeping airtel postpaid sim is a botheration. Taking monthly rental ontime. But service is horrible. Facing call drop and paying 4g rental getting 2g service. Complaints not attended even after so many follow up. Thinking of quitting.
