    I wanted to discontinue my @airtelindia broadband service hence raised a request weeks before. However @Airtel_Presence retention team keeps calling me with the hope that I will explain the reason everyday. Such a pathetic CC team. Can u plz shut my connection? @DoT_India

    Now, I will tell if engineer visit is needed or not. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has time until today to resolve, or I will switch to other service provider. Previously, I switched from airtel fibre to @TataCompanies fibre for same reason. Shall do the same for DTH as well.

    @airtelindia no reply yet in last 15 hours. When I am calling your representative again and again, it feels like i am the service provider and @airtelindia is customer. Looks like i would need to get my refund and move to @reliancejio .
