    @airtelindia your customer care interface is really not good. I want to change the billing date from 12 of each month to 30 of each month. But I don't know how to do that. Raised a couple of service requests too but nobody contacted me me so far.

    Why customer has to pay sim replacement charges if your old sim unable to fetch network @airtelindia OTP certifies that you agree to the terms and conditions of Airtel Digital SIM change Process.Kindly pay Rs 50/- to retailer/CRO as service charge for SIM change.
