    @airtelindia I recharged with Airtel's Rs 349 in which 5G unlimited is visible.But my mobile phone is working on 4G, that too at a very slow speed, even though my network area is absolutely fine .Airtel is fooling people in the name of unlimited 5G.

    Since 12th May, Airtel Fiber has been affecting my business. Only ONE engineer visit so far, and no engineer has been sent in the last 4–5 days despite repeated complaints. Customer care keeps giving false promises. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @sohamronnie @airtelnews STANDALONE 5G working fine across Boinchi with different multiple MACRO FIBER BACKHAUL BTS. But problem is in RAYPARA there is a UBR MINI 5G CELL tower, that tower still not upgraded to support STANDALONE MODE. That's why I requesting to @airtelindia to UPGRADE that cell also

    @airtelindia I am using Airtel Fibre connection and currently using the old airtel router as an extender for better coverage in my home. However, the existing router is now facing connectivity drops, weak signal strength, slow speed on multiple devices, and unstable performance.

    Another problem. Another delay. After promising a callback within 4 hours, you stretch it to 4 days. Just typical @airtelindia behavior. No way to even reach a customer care agent. Even your X replies are after hours. Pathetic and useless management.

    Hard to trust a "dependable network" when my 5G upload is dead at 0.18 Mbps and my service ticket (ID: C5PTD3EST20260427629313) is delayed. ​Consider this my final try before I port out to another operator. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia raised multiple frequent disconnection of wifi, no one came to see the issue rather they closed the complaint from backend as resolved. Lowest level of servicing. Don't make the fool of customer bcz of them is running business. Better to shut down.
