  @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

  @airtelindia I have 5 airtel services, never got frustrated but today when I want to close my wifi connection it was tedious you guys have a very sick service exit experience thinking of moving all my services to other network provider

  @airtelindia No mobile signals in the highly populated Alkapur township area of Hyderabad. Airtel is not bothered about quality networks. Worst service provider Even after complaints no action.

  @airtelindia I applied for Airtel Xstream Fiber. The installation person asked for my location, but now they keep saying “we’ll come tomorrow” again and again. If there are so many issues during installation, I’m worried about what will happen later
