    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no clarity on when issue will be resolved. Inspite of internet unavailability for 3 days your engineer is visiting only tomorrow. My workdays and weekend have been ruined because of your lousy services. I will not pay bill for this cycle.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, a postpaid customer, having problems with VAS regularly every month for last few months. Complaining and getting reversals almost every time, but issue not getting resolved. Also can't be bothered to complain every time. Frustrating. Kindly help
