    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence SR 10126441589, No ETA provided. Service engineer was not able to resolve the issue rather they were not even able to identify the issue and left without providing the solution.More than 24 hrs have passed and still no update/action from local team.

    @airtelindia The 5g service you are providing in Jammu is totally rubbish. Instead of high speed internet I received only 2 or 3 mbps.
