    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    pathetic service - WiFi service got disturbed 8th time and that too for more than 24 hours now.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. service engineer behaves rudely.. asking you can get the service surrendered if don’t like.. please proceed I m ready to surrender this ****** service

    @airtelindia Even though connection was not working since may end, I paid bill till JUNE 6. @airtelindia , make a note of this - I won’t be making any payments now. Wifi box was removed long back.

    @airtelindia I have Installed airtel fibre with DTH of 599 plan. But they automatically add one a la carte pack of 19 rupees. When I tried to cancel it, it still showed processing your request. But my basic plan changed to 618 rupees. How to change it back to 599 again??

    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 plan includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G and have a 5G signal. The issue started after recharge and remains unresolved. Please fix it urgently. @Airtel_Presence
