    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

    @airtelindia ever month i pay 100rs extra for fiber recharge customer care call answer nhi hota time per kis baat ki plenty le rhe ho tum lat recharge ki wha bhai wha me mere office and gher se airtel ko ban ker rha hu

    Unacceptable service from @airtelindia. Booked on July 29th and still no resolution. Area managers ignore messages, and senior executives make empty promises on calls with zero action on the ground. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence All you have 'updated' is "..the case has already been highlighted on priority.." . Kinda automated. Nothing else. Half a day passed and no one yet attempted to call or connect.     @airtelindia what's going on? My internet suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm getting full 5G network,the speed is only 50–60 KB/s. Everyone else's internet at my home is working fine, but mine isn't. I also tried calling customer care, but there was no response. #airtel
