@airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

Disgusting services by @airtelindia @airtelnews .zero network for 24 hours(no calls and no internet). Same communicated to Airtel from a different number and they said there’s a mass outage. Today, they are saying there would be a confusion. Mass outage was for internet. (1/2)

Dear @airtelindia I wanted to have connections of fiber. I managed to connect with airtel executive, but he is not willing to install FATBOX in my area as their old BOX connection are full. Worst thing is they are suggesting to get some other connection. #shame_on_airtel
