    @airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 5 days since my Airtel WiFi stopped working. Complaint raised, multiple follow-ups made, yet no resolution and no accountability from your team. Customers shouldn't have to chase support for basic service restoration. Resolve this urgently.

    Hi @airtelindia I have moved to New Zealand and need to change the country of my Apple ID. However, I'm unable to do so because an Apple TV+ subscription linked through my Airtel plan . I cannot find any option in the Airtel Thanks app to cancel it. Can you help in this please.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia
