@airtelindia Your network is down. No speed more than 5 KBps. Even Google is not pinging. Your tower can be reached. But from your tower no internet. So no one cannot get internet. WFH and online classes and exams are suffered. Please do needful. @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @HarmeenM @airtelindia Today after 4days the engineer called and queries if there is any issue in DSL? Don't know if he would come to rectify or it was just a call only. Till date the engineer wasn't aware of the ticket. It took 4 days to assign the ticket, Don't know how long to rectify
