He said plan is canceled and we got message saying so, but still got charged next day. So do we have to keep paying lifelong? This is extortion!! Help!!

  @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the relocation service. I was given a relocation slot between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM, but no one contacted me. Customer care couldn’t provide any update and eventually disconnected the call. I have to vacate my room today. @AirtelWiFi143
