@VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

@airtelindia I paid for the Airtel black,xstream fiber and for dth on October 5th, broadband installed by October 22nd,but dth connection is yet to be given, called customer care, couldn't connect, called my sales person who pitched the orifice, no response after my payment.
