    @airtelindia Even after talking to Nodal and Appellate i dont see anything is being done. It is very sad that Airtel is providing very poor service and i dont see anything called Customer Care. You promise a resolution time of 24 hours. It has been more than 5 -6 days.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is always ready to register customer complaint as they are saying in ad. But they are not bound to resolve the issue. I have been complaining since last six months. Not getting satisfactory results. Why frequency dropped up to 8mbps to 0.25 kbps❓

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been an Airtel customer for last 12 years+. I am curious to know how come a postpaid plan of 199/ gives me only 10 gbs data a month? Whereas your prepaid plan of 149/ gives 2 gbs data a day?
