    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If you cannot provide reliable BROADBAND service, do not take up customers. It’s only fair you automatically not charge for the days the service wasn’t available. Isn’t it stealing when you charge me full price plus a late fee for an ongoing dispute?

    @airtelindia Internet and connectivity issue at my place on SIM. Called on 121, 198 Emailed to nodal officers and Emailed CEO and high level officials. Nothing works, please live up to ur name. Have been a cx with u guys from 2004. Please do d needfull. My number: 9878222859
