    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been a more than 5 days, neither my mobile network, Internet, calls nor the high speed broadband is working. Now I'm turning into losses, already lost so much important calls and not able to send even 2MB's of files. I'm frustrated now.

    @Airtel_Presence I never seen so bad service from Airtel. They keep telling me before my house shifting that shifting is possible and as soon as shift to location then they say it is not possible. @airtelindia I don't know what to say. Is @airtelindia tech have any knowledge ?

    @airtelindia Seems to be worst service in Guntakal. I want to buy SIM in store and alreadt bought airtel data device online. Service providers in store said, they wont help in recharge and activation, since we did not purchase the data device here.
