Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?
