    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

    @airtelindia Third Class Service has been given by airtel customer service staff. Hyderabad abids branch. I have been visiting branch since last 7 days and yet no result. My time energy petrol is just wasting like anything. Pathetic service.

    @Krishnanrr2 Really pathetic services of airtel. I have also closed my two TVs broadband connections due to failure in service by Airtel. Despite of Do Not Disturb (DND), receiving too many promotional SMSs, deleted airtel App. Perhaps, have to close airtel mobile SIM too. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I've been chasing for UTR number for last 2 weeks now for my refund amount & till date no one is bothered replying.Even filing a consumer case was of no help. Is d company in this bad shape that no body gives a flying **** even after chasing them on all mediums? @airtelindia
