Gaurav (no lafda arc) (@fracturebaandya) reported@airtelindia It's finally fixed. Didn't even require a visit, something you guys could do at your end. Baffling that it took you 67 hours to do that, and even more baffling that it took me about 12-13 phone calls following up. Fix your customer service, it wasn't a pleasant experience at all
