    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a postpaid client, astonished by service standard. Request for 4G network issue raised 2-3 times in last 2 months, nothing happened. Considering Covid situation, waited for 2 months. Unnecessarily i m paying INR 579/- monthly

    @airtelindia your postpaid plans are fooling customers . There is no information in your app that airtel thanks benefits which come with postpaid plan is only for new customers . Look like you are not serving customer's only there for fooling them .
