    Still there is no proper AIRTEL 4G coverage in Kamraj Nagar, Port Blair. Pls rectify the issue or else i need to change my service provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews .

    Enjoy #Airtel ultra fast 4G in #Andaman as and when it does arrive. Thank you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for not enabling the 4G network till date even after a Big Bang launch more than one month before. 🙏

    @MohanHalderpb @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Mohan ji with all due respect to you and your work, it’s not about scolding anyone, but pointing out what’s wrong. It’s not about a particular area but whole of #Andaman to get the HS internet. The reality is that we are just sitting ducks at the mercy of service providers.

    We all are glad that #OFC is being launched on 10/Aug/20. But what I don’t know is whether @airtelindia will also launch at least its data service along with #BSNL or not? Anybody has an answer to it? #internetinandaman

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your call and data service is pathetic in Dollygunj area of #Andaman. Forget about 4G data, can’t even make a proper phone call before dialling the number at least 4-6 times. #Airtel is a PAIN.

    @airtelCOMPLAIN @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the service. @airtelindia DTH installation pending since 11 Aug despite payment and repeated daily assurances. Every day I’m told it will be done “today,” but nothing happens. Please stop delaying and arrange installation

    So let's understand what this means. 1. Third party providers get their money because they have marked the ticket/service request as being complete 2. Airtel continues to get their money from the customer and they are unaware that the customer's problem has not been solved 3. Customer problem never gets solved and has to constantly call airtel and spend hours speaking to ineffective and incompetent call answerers. If you don't see a problem in this, you must wake up. But the bigger question is - how can a third party vendor obtain an OTP sent by airtel system to a customer's mobile and use it to close the ticket/service request? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing persistent network issues in my area. Despite having an unlimited 5G recharge, I am only receiving 4G speeds. I have been filing complaints for the past 5 months, but the issue remains unresolved. Please look into this immediately. #5G

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I m Mayank Jain, mobile number 8076230560, I m using wifi+tv plan of 699 And there is no wifi network from yesterday morning, their is no way to contact some person to get this resolved. Look into it. It's in East azad nagar, delhi 110051

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working for last two days. Problem resolution time is keep rescheduling like spicejet flight. No intimation, No support. I am not able to WFH. Please restore it immediately or disconnect it.
