What is worse is that their complaint number doesn't work in Bihar (9934099340). I will surely not stick with Airtel anymore. It has taken its tool. I am not able to use my payment apps like gpay or phone pay and there is a total laid back attitude from @airtelindia

@airtelindia I'm really disappointed by the brand's ethical approach. Why are you keep increasing tariff rates? Earlier it was 69 then 99 and now 155. I just don't understand. I think this is really unprofessional. I'm thinking of terminating my service.

@airtelindia, Worst Customer Experience. I requested to shift my connection on 2nd Feb and still my connection is not shifted and the team is saying that I have to wait for another 5 days. Other companies are doing it within 1 day but airtel is taking weeks to resolve issues.

@Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia It is annoying to know that the call drop still prevails. Everytime a new service ticket is created and it's closed without solving the problem. Please refund the prepaid amount of one year.
