    @JioCare Your service has been disappointing. The resolution timeline has passed, yet no engineer has visited to restore my internet despite repeated follow-ups. @MukeshAmbani, is this the customer service Reliance stands for? I’ve never faced such delays with @airtelindia. #Jio

    @Baram_256 My experience has been terrible. I'm a postpaid user, yet I haven't received any real priority or Fastlane benefits. My internet speed has dropped to around 1 Mbps with no resolution, and I had to recharge my Jio SIM just to use the internet. Extremely disappointing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My simple question to you, if you don't have capacity or supporting technology then why are you people selling out new connections of air fiber to people. And after collecting the money telling customers that the tower capacity is full, we can't help.
