@airteldth @airtelindia What a worst service your have provided. I made dth change request from sd to xtream on yesterday. The request should be closed by yesterday 6:00 pm. But what i get on response we have escalated your request and engineer will touch but it not happen.

@airtelindia It’s really unprofessional and shameful service of airtel. Called multiple time and send email request for correction of address in my account which was entered incorrectly by airtel team itself. Every time they make promises to correct in 4 hours and no resolution

Team, I don't know how long does it take someone to attend the problem. Since yesterday Airtel fiber is not working and till now nobody have attended the problem. This is too bad for an organisation when their employees take such a long time to address a complain. @airtelindia

And at the end of day they said it will closed by today 12:45 pm. Till 5:30 i called n number of time but at the end they are saying they have shortgae of product. Is this is a service you are providing. @airtelindia @airteldth
