    @airtelindia your incompetent technicians can't fix a broadband connection drop issue for 3 months. 5 of your technicians have visited my place in the last 3 months. How many more calls do i have to make to the customer care?

    Using airtel since 2010 but from last 2 months the service they are giving is so pathehtic that one can't imagine. Despite several complains and multiple follow ups,ending with no resolution. @airtelindia any reason for that?
