    @smaboyy @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ok gr8, I am not using it but was thinking of activating it just to try. Does eSIM offers better signal etc? Have to got the physical sim from eSIM anytime in the past?

    @airtelindia It is your problem only DTH xtreem box will not work properly. Multiple issues. If you want to watch a 30 min program the box will restart 3 to 4 times each time 5 to 10 min how to watch. Fail to keep up promises and given DSL internet connection for One Airtel Plan.

    In last one year, I had experience that @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has lot of system related issues and, I am convinced that #Airtel is incompetent in resolving it. Only implementing AI to answer customers will not work. @DoT_India they really need good tech expert

    @airtelindia Extrem settop box was restarting every 15min, I had requested for replacement post replacement also same problem. The box takes 5-10 min to come back online as it I android box. Xetrem box is not a stable. If you device is not stable you do you sell to customer's ?

    @airtelindia worst service unable to work from home. Why do you do false promises? I took the connection because the engineer told it was fiber and on the day of installation they told fiber is not yet setup in my place he promised me it will be fixed in a month.

    Like @ACTFibernet is not reachable for the customers. I felt @airtelindia is best when it comes to customer service. FYI - I'm posting it publicly after DM to ACT and no use of it.

    @airtelindia *False Promise* Airtel engineer promised me that Fiber was being set-up and brainwashed me to opt for One Airtet plan. He assured that within one month fiber will be avilable on the enrollment day. Now issues, Its been 10 months since installation done still on DSL
