    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    I’m just porting circles from Karnataka to Tamil Nadu. Not operators. Calm down @airtelindia! You need to have the very basic customer centric approach. Don’t bombard with ‘Please don’t go away. You are valuable’ just because someone ports.

    @Nupurkunia @airtelindia This is very common. They simply don't care. Similarly I also made complaints repeatedly but shamefully they blamed mobile, double sim, off the set strategy. Signal is very weak.

    @airtelindia no resolution hs been done on the fraud that was done by an Airtel Faridabad employee. I paid money at Airtel Faridabad sec 79 for DTH and now the lady has stopped picking my phone. Sent you a DM already but it has been a week but no resolution.
