  Hey @airtelindia, Charged a ₹100+ late fee for just 1 time delay! Highly disappointed with this customer service. I have been a loyal customer, but if this unfair penalty is not waived off immediately, I am porting out my connection to @JioCare today itself. Fix this ASAP!

  Airtel has become such a bad company now. I recently ported my number to @airtelindia hoping better services but it's a nightmare. They doesn't enable VOLTE by default. Their customer support is useless. Their chatbot doesn't understand the issue and provide generic responses.

  @airtelindia, I've been trying to reach your support team for the last 5 days, but there's literally no way to connect with a real person. Calls doesn't gets picked up, and your app doesn't understand the issue.
