@airtelindia You guys start the Prepaid Payment model for your Broadband connections as well and trust me I will be the first person to switch from Jio to Airtel. I am sick of this Jio service. The extremely poor and irresponsible service provider I ever deal with.

@airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare I am right beneath the tower which is and can’t even receive signal till here. It only happens with airtel and Jio which uses same tower at Sallar Anantnag. Why is this not being addressed and do you want me to get intervene from local Tehsil?

@reliancejio @airtelindia my Grandfather was using these both sim in his Redmi Note 10 Mobile Phone when it was Stolen today, so is there anyway possible that if I provide you IMEI and Invoice and everything, you could help me get it back? It would really mean a lot to my Family.
