    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am still getting sms and calls regarding recovery of items for my disconnected airtel airfibre. Items have been recovered more than a month ago. I raised the issue via email but geting copy pasted responses that it will not happen but no resolution

    @Airtel_Presence It's been 7 days since your response here on Twitter, 13 days since ticket filed and 18 days since no network. With so much action online nothing happened on ground. I don't see commitment at all from @airtelindia

    @piyush_trades And govt purposely keeps bsnl poor to fund these leeches , btw Airtel in last month already increased thr minimum monthly plan by 10 % from 199 to 219 … leeches @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why are you taking customer’s money and your customer service absolutely sucks. If this is not resolved within 2 days, I’m switching to Jio/Vi at least they don’t steal from customers

    My father is 75 years old and, due to his age, his thumb biometric is not being captured reliably. Since his eyes blink repeatedly because of age-related issues, iris/face authentication is also difficult. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service by your team. For four days, we have been experiencing internet issues. We have been calling the team, but no one is answering. If it is not resolved by tomorrow, we are going to cancel the subscription for sure.
