    @Airtel_Presence Seems like @airtelindia and Team has again missed on the update after saying that they will not strech this any further. Raised issue in October still waiting to get resolved. Whenever I put a tweet, reply to tweet is quick. After that no update. Do not fool ur customer pls.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio For MNP UPC is required. And in case no balance then recharge with Rs99 and then send SMS. Instead this, why can't request initiated from POS of new service provider and get an sms for MNP. Or MNP sms facility should be free.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My ticket ID is 10098138046, My fiber broadband is not working since yesterday. The engineer tried to reschedule appointment on my behalf saying request can't be fulfilled today as it's sunday. Please look into the issue at the earliest.

    @airtelindia Bought new handset in which airtel e sim was downloaded . Bought new handset in US. Can you help in installing the e sim . Airtel app also is not responding.

    @airtelindia your airtel service is not working properly in kota. Internet is not working properly. It is very slow . This thing was not expected by airtel.
