    @airtelindia has now started a new kind of scam. For the last 2 days here in Viramgam, Gujarat, we haven’t been getting even 1KB/s data speed. I called the helpline multiple times, but there’s still no resolution. Hope this tweet opens your greedy eyes.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Very disappointed with Airtel support. Raised broadband shifting request multiple times, but no proper resolution received. Getting the same generic response from every team. Service R-No: 10934727153. Please check ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644

    Too pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence broadband. The connection has been down since yesterday. I raised a complaint, but the support agent blocked my number instead of providing any resolution or update. Very disappointing customer service experience. #Airtel @airtelindia
