    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over 1 year of network fluctuations and slow internet. Multiple complaints, emails, and tweets, yet no permanent fix. Complaints are closed while the issue continues. Grievance filed on PG Portal. Requesting @DARPG_GoI to intervene. #NetworkIssue #PG

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wi-Fi issue has not been resolved, yet Complaint No. 11014980057 was closed without my consent. I am still facing the same problem. Additionally, I am unable to reopen the complaint, register a new complaint, or connect with customer care

    @airtelindia Why does airtel app blame my phone when the network itself is not 5g network(NSA 5G). I have a Google pixel phone and it supports the hardware requirements of standalone network slicing. Airtel support did not provide helpful response.
