    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm FacingNetwork issue in fiber last 2 days,And i try to talk with Airtel service executive, when i call they wouldn't pick up the call and customer care also does not give me a proper answer, and I'm facing the business losses due to no internet.

    I purchased new broadband from @Hathway on 31-10-2022 till it's not activated. I checked with customer care as well but I am getting the same reply from them "Today it will be activated". This is the worst service I ever faced in my life from a broadband company. @airtelindia MY

    @airtelindia today I understood how badly you treat your customers. From yesterday morning my broadband connection is dead. Made several follow ups with customer care and today it went to escalation engineer whose name is Karthik and he is saying we can't resolve your issue today

    @airtelindia I am trying to remove a number from family plan and customer care is not able to resolve it. Since we few months we are just been asked to wait 48 hours. They are not even sharing ticket number. Now we want to port this number and airtel is not supporting that also.
