  @airtelindia However, every application is eventually rejected due to “Customer Live Photo does not match with the Live Photo taken during acquisition.” If facial recognition cannot reliably identify a genuine customer, Airtel should provide an adequate biometric or alternative

I relied on the information provided by Airtel when making recharge.reopen Complaint 658137691, verify August 2025 call/recharge records,restore my remaining ~2 month validity.
