@TRAI I have dropped you a complaint regarding both of these operators @airtelindia and @reliancejio who are providing 4G services but most of the times speed is even less than 2G. They are bidding for 5G but speed is pathetic in my area. Premnagar, Sitamarhi, Bihar. Please look.

It’s been FIVE days since my internet connection is down. It seems like @airtelindia is reinventing the INTERNET. Absolutely worst customer service ever. I was promised my issue will be resolved by 2 pm today. Technician hasn’t contacted yet @Airtel_Presence Will not recommend!👎🏻

@airtelindia Thank you so much for your great effort in solving the grievance raised. Your effort has saved a lot of time & health during difficult covid times. Really appreciate it. However, plz make an effort to not bugger the customer for petty issues at initial stage only.
