  @airtelindia customer service has gone pathetic, went to store to get dth disconnected and apply for iptv. It has been 5 days, no response from team. The technician dont pick call, went to store again today and guy responded "i did not apply this connection for you so can't help

  Worst ever service by @airtelindia. Since Monday my WiFi shifting request within the same city is still pending. Every day I get the same promise: Done by 12 Hrs. but no action. Requested surrender/cancellation 24+ hours ago, and even that hasn't been processed #Airtel #Broadband

  My airtel number has been blocked for the last 2 months due to a fake cyber complaint. I did nothing wrong. Please reactivate my number. If you keep blocking 6 years old customers, they will switch airtel. You're losing loyal customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
