Hi @airtelindia On my Airtel postpaid number there is net problem whenever I call customer care they used to say after 1 hour it will be ok but nothing happens I used to call them from last 2months but nothing is happening and I always used to pay the fees which came I.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From Past 2 years I'm continuously been asking to provide network in my area with customers being switched to Airtel but it was still not been resolved. Being a shareholder and experiencing such response from Airtel was totally not expected..!!!!

@airtelindia if you can't provide service and can't give customer support then what's the use of you. Just ivr for everything which don't understand half the things and no options to share problem. My landline and broadband is dead for 4 days and no response atall of complaints
