even I had cleared bills on time every month they are charging late fees..slow claps for such company who can't accept consumers leaving as that don't want one of their services... just out of ego they start charging extra ..this is how @airtelindia shows true face @VittalGopal

@airtelindia my Sim changed on Saturday 12:30 PM due to no sim notification and assured for all services to store within 24 hrs. Till now problem not solved. Unable to connect Customer care. No option at 121 to connect with representative. Worst experience to connect. Solve it.

@airtelindia I would like to caution the users of Airtel as they indulge into unethical practice of harassing its own clients who opt to discontinue Airtel services. I warn all the users of Airtel to switch to some other service provider immediately so as to avoid harassment.
