    @airtelindia Hi Team, It is very sad for Airtel that you guys are not able to solve my internet issue thi morning. I have talked to customer care for the same and they told me that our team will work on it and gave me 15 days TAT. Does this justify your company's reputation.

    @airtelindia I activated plan of Rs 2299 on my number but we are unable to use Netflix many time I called to airtel support but they are very cheap response. And everyone saying I will exclated and raise a complaint tickets.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I have been facing issues on my Airtel prepaid n/w, for last 5 days it’s operating on 2G with multiple call drops. Escalated the matter to customer care and I have been told it will take 10 days to resolve this, like seriously?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what if sir I have it's been ******* 16 days i raised the complaint on 5th of April and till now didn't get a response it's so frustrating for me to handle this even tho paying every bill on time is this the services you give to your customer? (4/5)
