  @airtelindia is the worst wifi broadband service. If you try to lodge a complaint, they will give you the last complaint number and say it has been resolved even though it was never resolved. They are so insecure that you can't even change wifi name without airtel name in it.

  @airtelindia I have family plan and paying Rs 1900 to Airtel but one of my number- 94268 38567 is not getting data speed since last three days but Airtel is not helping. This is total fraud on customer who is paying 1900 for this post paid plan. What a harrassment by airtel !

  @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.   @airtelindia Xstream fiber is the worst wifi broadband service I have experienced so far. It's not even been 1 month since I am using and it has been down for more than 10 times. You can't even lodge a complaint through their app. Customer care number also don't lodge complaint.
