    I’ve been trying to cancel an @airtelindia connection for nearly a month now. It took them forever to get back to me and agree to cancel it (I spoke to CC, then went to a store as per their instructions, the store asked me to send an email, no one responded, I called CC-) <1/n>

    I know it’s not the rep that’s to blame but I. Just. Can’t. What is the procedure to raise some kind of official harassment complaint/notice against @airtelindia? I have a lot of time on my hands and a lot of anger to vent. Happy to follow through even if it’s super intensive.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence sits on email complaint for a week, screws up dm chat by failing to understand the problem & then threatens me on call with late fees when i say i will make payment once they resolve the overbilling issue despite acknowledging tech issue with netflix

    @airtelindia Hi, your SR no. 10107995549 stands resolved. We tried contacting you to inform about the same but couldn't succeed. We are marking the request as closed now. Thanks. This is the way Airtel deals with customer after receiving money.
