Later I got a call from the installation engineer that they cannot give connection in my area. Why the hell did you confirm that your network is present in my area and collect money from me?? I haven't received any refund initiation message either. @airtelindia

They said we will look after it and will shedule it today any how. But now my sheduled installation has been shifted to new date on 19th of December (17 to 18 and 18 to 19th now). A very really poor service from a big company like that. And same goes with @airtelindia to

@airtelindia you are proving me wrong that I ported to you, facing continuous network issue. It’s 2020 still call drops, you are promising for 5G but not providing proper 2G. Getting service lower than average!!
