    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia This is very serious, government must step in. Majority of the consumers are prepaid and recharge from time to time. Starving them of a fair network coverage will be unfair and such monopolistic practices by these cos need to be nipped in the bud.

    @airtelindia tower in my village has gone live recently and has 4G+ signal (-72 dBm) within 400-500 metres. However, my 5G phone isn't detecting any 5G network from this tower. Is this tower stl in the optimization phase? When can we expect 5G activation on it? @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Don't sell your products if you don't have available devices. You are charging me from the first day without installation of your product. It's really a bad thing. @airtelindia @TRAI refund my money and close the connection if you can't handle this.

    How is such a scam unchecked? I spoke to another distributor, Nexotel (owner Sunny Mishra), who is willing to help and has already escalated this to your TSM multiple times, but no action has been taken. Please transfer my request to Nexotel and resolve this. @airtelindia

    The folks at @airtelindia are such crooks. They have disabled direct customer care contact via their IVR calls for Wi-Fi so you just sit there praying to God that your Wi-Fi gets fixed and they don’t even refund you for the days lost. Because to request a refund you need to speak to customer care!
