    @airtelindia trying to add 1 DTH connection to my #AirtelBlack ( ID: 10101020885734) for 3 weeks now. Multiple calls, tickets raised- ZERO resolution. Your team says "technical issue" every time. If adding a DTH is this hard, why sell Airtel Black? @gopalvittal @SunilBhartiMitl

    2 Office locations...1 in the heart of the City another in the Industrial Zone Non has a decent Airtel Network. Porting is also not a solution. No compromise in charges though. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Over 24 hours without internet. Service Request #11032668726 for a physically disconnected Airtel Fiber cable remains unresolved. No visit from the first engineer, and the complaint isn't even visible in the Airtel Thanks app or tracking link. Please assist urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence And this isn't the first time. The service was down for 4+ days earlier this month as well, and instead of fixing it, you kept sending generic responses on chat. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I switched to an eSIM a week ago. My data and calls work, but the 24-hour incoming SMS security block was never lifted. My incoming messages are stuck at the network level. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia help me out asap !

    @Airtel_Presence first reported this issue in April and followed up again 2 days ago. Since there is still no improvement, I will now be escalating this matter through CPGRAMS. @airtelindia
