    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seriously disappointing service. My Airtel broadband has been completely down for 2 days, and there is still no proper resolution. I’m paying for a service that I’m unable to use, yet the issue continues without a clear update or timeline

    Dear Airtel Support, @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber service. I raised complaints on 30 Jul and 4 Aug, but both were marked Resolved without any technician visiting my home. My Wi-Fi has been down for 7 days.

    @TRAI u need to look into matter. See @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not even bothered to reply/acknowledge. World is moving to 6G & we struggling to get basic network for calling that too in India's financial capital mumbai. Is this development.

    Airtel service in Bhubaneswar has become frustrating. Internet connectivity is inconsistent, and calls from Airtel to Jio often disconnect. Once a call drops, making or receiving calls becomes difficult for the rest of the day. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn

    Hello @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I purchased 2 SIM from your app, money was deducted; however, no further updates were received. When I called customer care they asked me to contact local store, when I visited local store they asked me to contact customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 4 years and never faced such issues until I shifted my connection to my new address. I hope this is an issue with the local service team and request an immediate resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I upgraded to Postpaid specifically for the "Fast Lane" premium 5G experience, but here in Powai I'm still stuck on basic 4G! What is the point of selling 5G network slicing if you can't even provide a 5G signal? #AirtelFastLane #Airtel5G
