    Responding to the calls , then he gave a no of another TL who didn't respond to any calls . Fed up and called to the customer care @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they gave a promise and sent a text saying technician will arrive for installation. But none came !!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I never applied for a business tag on my personal broadband account, and it's preventing me from accessing multiple services. Can you please remove it? Customer care is asking for company docs, which I don't belong to.#CustomerService #helpless

    @airtelindia Why are the sim cards getting disabled all of a sudden??!?! And if that is something to do with technical challenges then why is Airtel collecting Rs.50/- from us?!?! Is this a whole issue built just to collect that 50/-?!?!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is your Airtel thanks app not allowing to activate safe custody on broadband? And the customer care people don’t help but say do it from the app. The app is giving me headache

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I am getting back to back DTH recharge calls from your side even after registering DND on my mobile. I've asked CS reps. that we would recharge the service after June as it is prepaid service and there's no one at home to use it.
