@airtelindia Worst services at Airtel. Had requested for post paid to prepaid mobile connection on July 17 around 11:30 am. Executive told that it will be done in 4 hours. However, its been 2 days now and still its in process.

@AIRTEL_KE @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just spoke to Priya from Airtel Customer care (Interaction id - 10063560916) and it was confirmed that since yesterday, no engineer was assigned to resolve my issue & resolution time also got extended till 1 PM 19th July 2022. I know have to call again after 1 PM for update.
