    @airtelindia My problem is still as it but i have received same msg from airtel, Network related service request no. 135162722 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 058821846620_dsl has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My DTH connection & setup box are not working from yesterday’s. Stupbox has been replaced b4 a month. Now your ccr told me you have to charged our visit. Problem in your setupbox and in your network why i should be payable?

    Airtel has not responded for 48+ hours despite acknowledging that my complaint was closed without resolution. DoT Grievance: DOTEL/E/2026/0034710 4+ months of weak signal, call drops and unusable internet continue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no resolution yet, it's been more than 2 days of installation. I have taken a headache by taking your wifi. How can you say that there is network congestion since I have installed your wifi? That means this is a permanent problem with your WiFi.

    Hi @airtelindia set top box is not working , but when i try to raise a ticket through app evrytime i am getting an issue ... your chat option is not working . Everytime it asks all the info and then it shows like sorry we have encounter some issue . Please raise a ticket

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with Airtel Postpaid. Facing continuous network issues, call drops, poor signal, and slow internet. What's worse, your customer care agents neither listen properly nor provide any resolution and often disconnect the call.
