This experience has been unprofessional & I no longer wish to continue the service with Airtel. Please process the disconnection of my wifi at the earliest & stop future billing.

Prateek jaiswal (@death2062) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More over, your staff is lying to customers, I recieved a call from your service engineer 'Naveen' from +9163664 61389 asking for OTP, by openly lying that it is required to schedule a visit. The complaint was closed by tricking the customer without visiting the premise.

Customers are not able to connect in case of emergency. I have been using airtel sim since many years. Now considering switching.
