    @airtelindia My problem is still as it but i have received same msg from airtel, Network related service request no. 135162722 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 058821846620_dsl has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My DTH connection & setup box are not working from yesterday’s. Stupbox has been replaced b4 a month. Now your ccr told me you have to charged our visit. Problem in your setupbox and in your network why i should be payable?

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

    @airtelindia if anyone wants to know what "premium service" looks like, here's a thread in one post: • broadband shifting: 1 month • iptv migration: 1 more month • tv & ott: unavailable for a month • calls to 121: too many to count • follow-ups: every other day • engineer assigned for installation: no longer works at airtel. i've spent more time chasing airtel than actually using the services i'm paying for. two months. zero accountability. just broken promises and endless escalations. do better.

    Mighty impressed with @airtelindia applied for porting sim from Jio finally after struggling to make it work for 4 years in blr, I received a call within 30 minutes, in 2 hours there was a guy at my house with the new sim. Jio called me almost forcing me to not cancel saying there’s no guarantee that if you switch to Airtel network will be better than Jio.

    @airtelindia I have recharged for Rs.349 plan Transaction ID is 642062775.And received confirmation message for the same. but still the plan is not active and not reflecting in my airtel app and internet is also not working. and asusual no response from customer care. Whats next?

    My family has been using Airtel for over 10 years. I wanted to switch to postpaid, but I found out that my prepaid balance would be forfeited, with only a ₹100 benefit. This feels unfair, so it’s time to switch to another network unhappy customer @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn
