@airtelindia My problem is still as it but i have received same msg from airtel, Network related service request no. 135162722 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 058821846620_dsl has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My DTH connection & setup box are not working from yesterday’s. Stupbox has been replaced b4 a month. Now your ccr told me you have to charged our visit. Problem in your setupbox and in your network why i should be payable?

Not listening to a customer even after so many requests, made numbers of calls to customer care still not able to connect to them. Even this service is chargeable. I have recharge my number few days back but still not able to make calls. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Pathetic network . Daily data pack 2 GB Additional data pack 50 GB this what I have taken but still can't use it Airtel is **** and frustrating. It feels good if such company goes in loss and lose business. Airtel user get network in Ads only. #Shame
