If your fiber network can't provide stable service,why not move customers like me to AirFiber?Or is it even less reliable?

Called support 3x a day for 4 days, only got fake promises. 10 days, no installation. Install in 24 hrs or refund Rs 1500 so I can switch to @GoToJio. DM for phone/address.

To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.
