@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My DTH connection & setup box are not working from yesterday’s. Stupbox has been replaced b4 a month. Now your ccr told me you have to charged our visit. Problem in your setupbox and in your network why i should be payable?

@airtelindia My problem is still as it but i have received same msg from airtel, Network related service request no. 135162722 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 058821846620_dsl has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution.

The best part of having an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network is 1) You cant use the internet 2) You cant contact customer care! Great job guys! @reliancejio should learn customer service from them. 👏👏

@airtelindia I am using airtel sim from last 20 yrs & platinum member with four connection home and office both. As there was network issues of airtel & connectivity was poor. I opted for an internet connection through a fixed line so i converted my plan to Airtel black but i regert it.
