    @airtelindia My problem is still as it but i have received same msg from airtel, Network related service request no. 135162722 registered for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 058821846620_dsl has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My DTH connection & setup box are not working from yesterday’s. Stupbox has been replaced b4 a month. Now your ccr told me you have to charged our visit. Problem in your setupbox and in your network why i should be payable?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is an Postpaid wifi connection pending on my name though I have surrendered it before 6 months as I changed my location. I want to take a new connection now but looks like there are some pending amount showing on my name. Please help on this.
