@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia day 6 and my issue 136341196 with internet has not been resolved, which is under 6 months advanced plan I paid for in advance. Where as @JioCare has given me a new connection in less than two hours. Very pathetic service and lack of accountbility 👎🏼

@airtelindia there is a huge network issue at my area from last 1.5years.. And still I didn't get any solution for the same. If I didn't get the solution I will surrender my 4 airtel prepaid connection permanently. Hadd hai dunia ka sabse fast network....jhooth bolte ho tum ye

@airtelindia @TRAI I was using airtel service since 10 years in Postpaid but airtel failed to provide best services so I switched in airtel prepaid and now my services inactive I call to customer they said airtel not activate your service u need to recharge but I am not get sms.
