@airtelindia @airtelnews I had upgraded my DSL plan from 100 mbps to 200 mbps and this past month I had made numerous calls to customer support & to Head of Prayagraj City Mr. Nagendra Ji and I am now down with all my hopes. Plz figure out or other networks are available.

@airtelindia #airtel broadband in bangalore is the worst. Half the month it doesn’t work and your technicians can’t find the issue. Every month from date of bill generation to last date of bill payment, the broadband doesn’t work!! What nonsense is this?
