@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I’m on the ₹798 Airtel Broadband plan, which includes Amazon Prime membership for a year. However, I’m unable to access it from the Thanks App. As of now, no resolution from customer care team. Please help resolve this issue asap.

Since 2022 I was reporting the same issue and u don't even take this seriously. Only your service does down @airtelindia @excitel_rocks pioneerinternet none of them disrupts this way, why the heck don't you fix the underlying issue and make us suffer your ruthless @ACTFibernet
