    @airtelindia Had been a customer for many years. Recently had to close the bb as I shifted & no airtel broadband is there right now. I received a msg to pay my last billed amt. I could no longer access the bill thro airtel thanks app;no ebill was sent. I emailed airtel-noreply.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia immediately provide me my Airtel broadband bill along with password . I do not understand why the password is not provided properly in the mail . 121 SMS options are also not working properly .

    @airtelbank @airtelindia All your advertising campaign is centered around customer satisfaction and it's so ironic to see that you could'nt be less bothered about it. No provision in app or the number provided to get in touch with a person to solve a problem. No reply on sm.
