  @airtelindia, increasing the price of plans? No problem. Making mobile internet feel like a luxury? Fine. But after paying that much, I expect the internet to actually work. I’m a Fast Lane (Priority) customer, yet I can’t even load a post on X. It shows 5G, but the actual speed is nowhere close to what it says. What exactly am I paying for?

  Pathetic service from @airtelindia . Even the complaint team can’t do their job properly. Raised a complaint, they asked for my number, I provided all the details and then absolutely nothing. No call, no update, no resolution. Just silence. Worst customer service.

  Sincerely pathetic airtel customer care @airtelindia @airtelnews Changed to prepaid to postpaid and informed the validity will be adjusted against bill pay and then once changed, informed only 100 per month will be adjusted against 3500 annual recharge

  @airtelindia I do have a pack of unlimited 5g although my regular data gpt drained and now inspite showing 5g your 5g services is also not working. I also tried to communicate with ur customer care services but ur ivr system doesn't provide any option.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been calling customer care for the past week, but there’s still no proper response. No engineer has contacted me regarding my Wi-Fi shifting request. If Airtel can’t provide the service, please close my connection. #CustomerServiceFail
