    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

You people say the same everytime but nothing is fixed so far !As an existing customer I'm facing this many issues just for relocating my connection!Do something and escalate the issue and fix it immediately

    Visited @airtelindia Express store at Kasaragod, Kerala for a sim replacement. I was charged ₹100 (no receipt provided) for the same. An SMS i Just recvd says this - "Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/- as his service charge for SIM change" @Airtel_Presence
