  @Akashpawaar @airtelindia @airtelindia provide better service. You're fibre services is trash it was down 2-3 times last month and now it's down since yesterday. You don't even extend the validity of the plan when outage happens from your side.

  @reliancejio @JioCare : such kind of response and behaviour never expected. Seems basic sanitisation is missing. I have @airtelindia connection too . Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
