@airtelindia please check the network near the area of Regal College, Kankavli. Just to be frank its zero over there. And hence you cant exactly report an issue from such an area. Complaints are pending for quite some time. Do look into the same. Thanks

I m currently standing in your Naupada, Thane store. Willing to convert Postpaid to Prepaid. The connection is in my mother in law's name and she is unable to reach the store due to medical condition. However your @airtelindia employees are extremely reluctant to help.

@airtelindia my bill has a duplicate charge of 250rs activation fee that I have already paid. I called 121 one week back but the issue hasn’t been resolved and I’m getting messages to clear my pending bill. It’s absolutely pathetic that I have to tweet for every issue that I face

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So the issue is still bot resolved. Been 3 days since I ported in airtel and I can’t receive/send single sms. More importantly I can’t get any otp for my banking transactions. Absolutely pathetic.
