    Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presenc My broadband is not working from 7 days even after multiple calls ,complains and not even that they close the complaints without resolving the issue and this not even first time every month same happens for days severely disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team very disappointed with your service inspite of being a Airtel Black customer. Yesterday I registered a complain but no response from your engineer. Reached your customer care who had no idea and clueless when service will be restored.
