@airtelindia I had a terrible customer experience when I went to change my SIM at Airtels centre in Neptune Mall, Bhandup West, Mumbai. Disappointing. Furthermore, the mobile app directs us to any help request to airtel customer centre, where we r never able to reach the person.

@airtelindia I came with International recharge on Airtel sim to spain, but just after 15 days the sim stopped working! I have my banks linked to the number and it has become a nightmare for me. There is no way I can reach customer care and I feel helpless. Please help!😭😭😭
