    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia internet not working after recharging with an unlimited pack, also the internet speed is an issue. I don't understand I get 4G+ barely 300-400 metres from my house but not near my house.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I received the call as per their commitment. The team which called me they said they will fix my issue at the backend which will take 72 hrs which i agreed upon and waited, but the issue dint resolved.

    @PBrahmapur They have an another cheating way. Some one come and collect money for fibre net first and after multiple phone calls to customer care they declare that port not available . When demand return then 10 days to return money on multiple follow up @airtelindia change the way

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In the current scenario we are working from home & expect our internet to work properly. But it is so disappointing to see that Airtel has such week backend support team which never calls back and similarly pathetic systems which never gets updated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence m facing worst network connection in my area frm last 2 weeks & unable 2 connect wit ur team, my office work is stuck, kindly fix da issue @ the earliest, else will change my portable to other network along wit mre than 50 number of my family & frnds

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My internet is not working properly for which I called up CC twice and the response I got from them was funny that my handset is not compatible for 4G service and in your records it’s showing that I am using some Samsung handset, however for you kind

    @airtelindia I have got ur plan for 3 months by paying more than 2800+. Initially the speed was really good and impressive but from last 15 days ur fibre net takes 1 hr to download normal video. Disappointing! Resolve the issue or I'll get it switched.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I again called up customer care after 4 to 5 days again they told that they will arrange a call back but till date I have not received any call and the issue still continues.
