    @airtelindia I have been facing slow internet issue since you launched Airtel Fastlane program even though I have postpaid Simcard. Raised 10s of request on the App but no solution at all still.

    Worst customer service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Blanket outage in both mobile and wifi connections, rendering our work days useless. No decent customer support, made to wait endlessly in queue for a support call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been paying airtel bill of 1. 5k/2k INR since the past one year or so and suddenly I got a bill of 4.9k INR or so & the customer care in app is a useless chatbot giving me the bill again without any option to raise service REQUEST. Pls check
