@airtelindia You are promising your users to provide a new connection within 24-48 hrs but I didn’t get any response even after 72 hours for new Wi-Fi connection. Jio is giving same service within 24 hours without promising any timeline. Please take classes from Jio😡😡😡

Hi @airtelindia my 14 yr old Airtel number, which was in jio for last 3 yrs is now being blocked by jio. I need that Airtel number back in Airtel network now.. assist me on the same.

@airtelindia sucha poor network delivery no connectivity even on raising complaints the team is not responding also no feedback given to the customer really poor connection ….even with the 8 years long conection with the airtel still poor

Finally internet is back. So frustrating experience that now I am switching to either @airtelindia or @reliancejio fibre whichever is available in my area #pune Enough of @BSNLCorporate which is lethargic, slow and extremely unprofessional company wasting tax payers money.
