    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

    @airtelindia Brilliant service. Raising a request (31-1000016065784) today results in a resolution date two weeks out on 17/09/2026. Are you dispatching carrier pigeons to fix the tower, or should I just migrate to the Stone Age now?
