    @airtelindia having interent issues for past 4 days . Such pathetic customer service from your team for a simple issue. If resolution is not possible please let us know we’ll happily shift to a different internet service provider.

    @airtelindia Very bad costumer service experience from your broadband connection team in Ichalkaranji. If your connection cost is 3000 for 6 months then, why your team is asking me for more 1000? I will suggest my friends also to don't go for Airtel Broadband connection.

    @airtelindia I booked broadband connection on 20th March for my new residency in chennai. I paid Rs.1500 on the same day. Till now instalation not happened and no reponse from anyone. I am tried calling customer support but no resolution yet. This is how @airtelindia functions?

    I rased a complaint in @airtelindia after few hours I am getting call from Vodafone saying that we got your info from Airtel, and they can't solve your issue, we will help you in porting num to Vodafone. They said they are from Andheri branch. How my info leaked. I recorded call.

    Hey @airtelindia i am a long time customer of Airtel extreme. I have a suggestion to give Airtel Black Box for free to the loyal of who have Airtel extreme more than 1-2 year instead of asking for 4000 while customers are ready to upgrade plan

    @airtelindia This is ridiculous i complaint over 3 times in January for internet issues and no one responded on that. When I complaint again today it's showing that they are resolved. Like how. And when I asked the customer care about this they don't know. Now what I have to do.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Its really a pain to have airtel broadband. The service back is absolutely ZERO. Should be replaced with Jio.....no one bothers. its one month now...twice person came and said some problem inside...nutshell internet not working for last one month.
