2/3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence at the time of installation the person says that xtreme fiber is not available in my area and whats avbl is 40 mbps copper wire . I called the customer care and all the person did was apologise 10 times but no solution.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a connection problem in my wifi from 3-4 days and I called Airtel around 21 times to solve my issue, and told my problem to over 20 people, but still my problem is not resolved.I am very disappointed in their service and ground level work!
