@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since the service is stopped by airtel unilaterally, even after we paid the regular monthly subscription charges, there should not be any bill on us from 11-11-2022 onward.

@SumanthMamidala @airtelindia Change the network mode to Manual and select Airtel 5G. Then again make it automatic mode. Then once do a restart. This happened with iQOO 9 Pro which was not catching 5G network, but worked after doing this.

@airtelindia what is the solution if services are barred due to technical issue and visited airtel head office to get the solution. Heard that sim is in activated on 'Y' name. This sim is using by the original customer since day one of the service activation i.e., 2011 or 2012.

@JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

@airtelindia Your customer care service is the worst. I have been requesting them to update my email ID three times from 25th Nov till 2nd December. 1. Provided incomplete information. 2. Updated email ID incorrectly. 3. Closed my ticket without rectifying the issue. #Airtel
