    Airtel claims to be the fastest network, but while I get 5G outside my house, there is no signal at all inside. My 2GB data limit gets exhausted before 1:00 PM I have never seen such a useless network. I have been calling customer service for 25 days now @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with the service. I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

    @airtelindia Have been trying to get services of Airtel from last 4-5 days. Poor response from Customer Support and Technical Team. I have been Airtel customer from so many years. I regret my decision. I will discontinue soon. Hope more will follow
