    @airtelindia I have complained about the internet not coming through my Wi-Fi and a technician has yet to reach me. It has been three days since the internet went out. Would you be willing to pay for the three days of service? You claim to be the best priority Wi-Fi company ?????

    @airtelindia People do not subscribe to internet services solely for entertainment , many rely on them for essential business and official work. However, your service has not been working for the past three days. The service is poor.

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint. IVR: “Let’s go back to the main menu.” App: “Complaint could not be recorded.” 10/10 complaint prevention strategy. 📷 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlack

    No help yet! Agent who came to port SIM and promised so many things isn't responding and not fulfilling even basic things like merging Wi-Fi and Postpaid accounts. The guy had previously lied about the charges. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence
