    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Idid a utility payment via #airtelthanks app, amount got deducted, but payment didn't go through. I tried to raise a complaint via airtel thanks app, but the ticket was auto resolved without any resolution. How will I get my money back?

    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063. This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    @airtelindia request customer not to believe these bad promise. I have been trying to reach customer care at 121 and email over last 5 days. no proper resolution yet. Same response every time, wait for 24 hrs or wait for connecting to supervisor.

    @airtelindia i gave the complainant regarding my broadband it's been 5 day my internet is not working and when bill will come if it got 1day delay you are charging late payment fee every month i am facing this issue and now i am fed-up with airtel and airtel customer service
