Faced worst customer experience from Airtel, I have requested to shift by modem from my Howe town to Chennai,it’s been 3 weeks I have not even heard any response from Airtel.planning to switch over to another network, total money n time wasted so far. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence

@airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence past 3 months fastag has not been working. Called customer care 10 times still they say it is in progress. Everytime we pass a toll we need had to pay double the charge. Even tried to close the tag and that request also didn't go through

@airtelindia It's been 15days since I have raised a request for reducing my plan &u PPL hav kpt req in pending status I hav been taking follow ups bt evrytime I get a reply that u wil get a cl back in 4 hrs but no body calls. I have only 1hrs left in my plan renewel. Pathetic service
