@airtelindia Worst post sales services. I have opted for for DTH services after watching your advt. Within 15 days of installation I have complained so many times and everytime the complainant was closed without resolution. Don't opt for airtel. #airteldonotcares

How useless is Airtel customer service. No one is addressing the grievance I mentioned below. There’s no way to log a fault remotely over the telephone or online and this Twitter handle is also mute if one starts with a DM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
