Disastrous service from Airtel broadband team, every third say there is a outage of multiple hours and then they don't even do anything to resolve the same. Customers are like puppet to them. @airtelindia @airtelnews

Kya do mahine se bimar hai n all. I dont think as loyal customers of @airtelindia we deserve such kind of treatment especially in genuine cases. Plus wen asked to calm down her tone the exec says "aap muje mat sikhao kaise baat karna hai". is this how u guys have train ur execs

Ever since i have ported my number to @airtelindia , network connection is very bad, internet speed is worse, complain after complain but my problem was never sorted out. Their packages are higher than others, but services are worst.
