@airtelindia Dear Airtel, Why your customer care team does not take complaint and provide complaint number through SMS. Today, I have redeemed 1 GB data coupon through Airtel app but it is not reflecting since 6PM. Do I need to complaint every time to get proper service quickly.

@airtelindia Poor customer care service. my broadband is not working for the last few days complaint registered on 23 and was assured of redressal on 24th before 11:30 am but till now after so many calls and repeated time limits no one came up to check and rectify the fault.

@JioCare I am experiencing poorest connection at Alliance orchid springs Chennai.Inspite of living in a metro city I am not able to make calls and use internet inside my house @reliancejio used to be my primary sim card but due to this issue I have switched over to @airtelindia.
