@airtelindia My service reference number 10015375410 . My connection got disconnected on 17.01.22 and you had promised that I will get my refund within 45days. I have not received the refund yet and no one has yet come to collect the router. What a bad service airtel has.

@airtelindia I am black user of airtel. I have issue with my child connection. After 30 GB shows that I have exceed the bill cycle limit but I have 385 GB data balance. I called many times to airtel but they didn't provide any solution. I am very disappointed by airtel regularly.

@airtelindia , I lost Airtel Postpaid sim in the UK. I have been a customer for a decade. I am being told that if I block the sim, it will be permanently blocked. And the only way to get a new sim is by traveling to India for KYC within 15 days.There must a solution to this.

Jio tower was quite far away from my location,it was approx 2 km away from me 2 month back and the internet speed was awesome but since the tower has been shifted quite near to my location the internet speed has become worst,Every member of my family started using @airtelindia

I don't know what the hell is going on with Airtel, from last 5 days all the service has been stopped no calls, no internet not even a sms.. I have been facing the worst from airtel. I think it's time to port to other service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @
