Airtel customer care agents need to be trained how to talk to customers. Absolutely awful way of handling customers on top of inconsistent quality. Makes you want to look for alternatives @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You really need to look into this! This is my second time registering for Airtel Xstream. The representative from the very beginning asks to pay first and once the payment is done the engineer never shows up! I am really frustrated by this. (1/2)
