  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews My IR pkg not working in Thailand. Even the airtel sim is not getting registered on local network. Communicated the problem to "Airtel Cares" which is not interested to care any more and to appellate authority. Awaiting for resolution

  @Airtel_Presence Over 24 hours have passed since I transferred my eSIM to my new phone. My SMS service is still not working despite repeated complaints on X and calls to customer support. I cannot send or receive SMS. Please restore my SMS service immediately. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia really pathetic service. Every week 2 days your internet service doesn’t work. Today it’s been 8 hrs it’s down. How someone can work from home? I was loyal customer but now you giving me no choice. Switching to something better. Thank you for your no service .

  My @airtelindia WiFi is not working I tried everything to register a complaint and get a technician to my home but the ****** ui tries to fix ut itself but at the end it couldn’t . Why I’m paying you when you can’t simply connect me directly with technical. Bullshit
