    For half a month @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has not provided internet services because their modem breakdown and they are not ready to repair or replace the modem. Everytime I call them they give a further timeline in next 4 hours or next day which never came

    @airtelindia Complaint No. 31-1000014148715 This is not just a billing dispute. It's an Airtel Thanks App issue. I selected a ₹295 International Roaming pack in the app. Airtel later claimed it was an "In-Flight Pack" and billed me ₹698. Which is correct?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews the service experience has been very poor for a long time. Being a postpaid family plan user, the call and internet experience has been very very pathetic.

    My Airtel WiFi wire cut issue is unresolved from 23rd May 2026. @airtelindia is closing my Service request without resolution. Details of 3 service request for same issue but unresolved: 11030825371, 11031435772, 11032172218. Is this is your #airtelpriority Totally disappointed
