    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews What is happening? Past three days internet, network,calls nothing is available like if there is no sim. Also I called 198 to complaint about this.even if I press response number it is not taking it is keep on speaking the record.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is extremely frustrating. My Airtel Xstream Fiber/Wi-Fi issue is still not resolved despite multiple technician assignments and repeated promises of callbacks, as shown in the attached screenshot. The problem keeps getting rescheduled

    @ADigitalJD @airtelindia Same in Bangalore too, Airtel Internet speed is very poor.

    @Airtel_Presence It's playing on every single call ... It's so irritating and u have to wait until it's complete then your call will be completed... Why?? Can't I go to consumer court ? Even for emergency call u have to wait for complete 1 minute @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharge wifi for 6 months at a time which is 24 weeks. I am facing network issue once in a week and you guys are taking a minimum of 24hrs to rectify the issue. So, I am not able to use wifi for 25 days which is about a month.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I’ve had poor network coverage for the last 6 days straight. It's impossible to make calls or use data,but I'm still being charged for a service can't use. Please look into this immediately.@TRAI please note the persistent poor service quality.

    @airtelindia wanted to Highlight poor and unprofessional service from your customer care. I had visited Airtel Gallery in April and placed account cancellation request,i was asked to pay outstanding dues, which I did. I got message of cancellation same time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why am my data is being deducted if I am on 5G network and the FRC was of 349 it is still showing 1.5GB/day. In 349 plan it's unlimited data then how it is being deducted even on 5G network?

    @airtelindia mobile internet isn't working since last 30 days calling 121 or 198 isn't helpfull doesn't matter how many times you try speaking customer care executive IVR replies "we are currently having technical difficulties in your are area" it also doesn't matter the location
