  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews What is happening? Past three days internet, network,calls nothing is available like if there is no sim. Also I called 198 to complaint about this.even if I press response number it is not taking it is keep on speaking the record.

  Dear @airtelindia, Just wondering- if incoming calls and SMS are blocked within 72 hours of recharge expiry, how is a customer supposed to log in to the Airtel Thanks app to recharge when login requires an OTP sent via SMS? Isn’t this a catch-22? Please clarify. @DoT_India

  @airtelindia I have been trying repeatedly to pause my Airtel Wi-Fi plan through the Airtel Thanks app but the Pause Plan option not responding I m currently out of the country and wont be using the service i ll be back soon so I only want temporarily pause the plan Kindly help

  @instagram @WhatsApp @airtelindia Same from WhatsApp and Airtel. I have been trying to reach out but APPARENTLY all they have for a support is a bot? How are these sensitive issues are handled by a bot ffs
