@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews What is happening? Past three days internet, network,calls nothing is available like if there is no sim. Also I called 198 to complaint about this.even if I press response number it is not taking it is keep on speaking the record.

@airtelindia Don't trust on fake claim of unlimited 5G data of airtel, as in 5G coverage area & despite valid recharge of 719 my data balance is continuously getting low. Moreover customer support didn't resolve the issue after complaining twice.

@airtelindia Beware gullible customers! The Wi-Fi router doesn't connect people sitting at all places of even a small flat of 800 square feet at Mumbai. Pathetic responses from customer services team of Airtel will make you sick and tired.

I have complained about frequent disconnections and slow speed 6 days back but no action has been taken. I have called 23 times to customer care but they just keep telling that it will be resolved by the end of the day to no avail. Worst Service. 😡@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
