Horrible mobile internet connectivity yesterday from 6 PM to 10 PM, Tried calling customer care regarding this issue , I am surprised that there is no option available now. Dissatisfied with the Airtlel service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

Travelling frm Patna to Delhi on train. Have come till DDU but hardly got any network till now on the way. Such a poor coverage from @airtelindia We are on 5G, paying hefty charges & no network at all for such a long distance. No reliability in case of any untoward situation.

@airtelindia I have Postpaid + Fiber but your team says they can’t merge them into #AirtelBlack, so I’m paying ₹100 extra monthly. Also getting just 8–12 Mbps on 5G in a city. Sales calls are nonstop, but support is poor. Porting to @reliancejio soon.
