As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

@airtelindia Airtel sirf bakwas karta hai, I am from Bangalore it's been 2 months now after the launch of 5G but till date no tower is 5G active in my area. Sirf advertisement kara lo inse. Jitna paisa add me lagate ho, usme se kuch paise customer care pe lagalo, pathetic customer service.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It appears that 48 Hours of Ticket Closure SLA is more important than the Issue Resolution. And as expected there would be no compensation for these outages.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio please fix the Valorant Game routing issues. One game it shows 45 ping next game it shows 35 and then 40 and then 30... I hope you guys will fix it. @airtelindia have really good routing. Please fix this routing so that i no need to change to airtel.

@Apple @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I stay in New Delhi India and using i-12. When would I be able to use 5G on my handset? Apple CC says it’s service providers issue and Services provider says it’s handset manufacturers issue and they need to upgrade ios. What’s going on??

.@airtelindia Recently I port my number to Airtel because of internet usage issues but still facing same problems. Network towers are appearing full but not able to do internet surfing and downloading. It looks that again I need to go for PORT.
