As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

@airtelindia At first speed up your 4G.....I use Airtel for good internet speed....though their packs are expensive still I use it.....but from some months the speed of Internet in Airtel becomes slowest....I am thinking about switching to other network Provider if speed doesn't increase.

For the last 7 months, every evening, between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm and sometimes till past 10 pm, without fail, @airtelindia turns off data services in my part of Delhi. Calls to customer care isn’t helpful. They feign ignorance. Time to switch to Jio.
