@ACTFibernet Sorry you lost it and you are late, called 15 times to the agent and 4 times customer care, no response and unanswered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took that opportunity on the 1st call. I will give one last chance for another account that I have in BLR, fix it before you move.

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So hopeless that you have ignored Kolkata for 5G plus roll out. We in Kolkata expected eagerly that we can enjoy 5G network offered by Airtel. But you have disappointed us extremely. You make no mention of when you are going to launch 5G in Kolkata.

@mv_praneeth @airtelindia Yeah a small network OTA update has to be released by the OEM, that the case even with iphones as of now and Motorola phones. Many Samsung phones got the update just today a few hrs ago in India.
