    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been calling u guys for the past 4 days fr a resolution wrt an airtel fibre connection at my place which hasn’t been working, i was assured that a technician will be visiting my place to resolve the same bt there has been no response frm ur end.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What type of service you are providing ? No message is going even after the recharge , no phonepe message . If the problem will be not resolved today ,there is no use of this sim card . It will be best to port in @reliancejio

    @airtelindia It's been more than 30 hours that my broadband is down, Airtel 5g. Is this the connectivity you guys promise of seamless connection. After complaining too there is no response. If this is your service in the main IT Zone of Bangalore, who knows how it is elsewhere
