When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

Earlier I used to use Jio number but its internet also does not work well. If a complaint was made through any medium, then action would definitely be taken on it, but Airtel is such a group of shameless and impudent people that no matter what you do, your complaint will not be heard here for the last two to three days.The net is not working at all and as soon as you generate UPC for porting to another company before the recharge gets over, all these people immediately start calling and harassing you saying, "Sir, whatever your problem is, we'll fix it as soon as possible, and you don't even know that his mother dies after he recharges.
