I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a Fiber connection. The connection has NOT been installed or activated because Airtel Fiber infrastructure is not available in my locality. I requested cancellation and refund several days ago. Customer care keeps saying that a request has been raised, but I have not been provided a proper SR/Service Request number. Today, Airtel Cares asked me to share my payment receipt and installation details via DM. I provided all the booking/order details and explained that I did not provide an email ID during the booking. I was then asked to find a payment receipt from my registered email, which I never provided for this Fiber booking. I have shared all the information requested by Airtel, yet my cancellation and ₹1,500 refund are still not being resolved. Please stop sending me in circles and resolve this issue. I request Airtel to: • Cancel my Fiber booking • Refund the full ₹1,500 to my original payment method • Provide the SR/Service Request number • Confirm the expected refund timeline Please look into this urgently. @TRAI
