    @soodmanu72 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely rude staff with poor after sales service. Despite several follow-ups no one willing to come and resolve the issue of Internet speed.Being a premium customer this was unexpected. Zirakpur.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia till now nothing happened. The customer service is not aware about any such request. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME. I am following up since 4 days. Your stupid execs call and repeat the same advice ... don't know what they r Checking .

    @airtelindia Calling them 'network bars' ain't gonna work..as 4g is not working as it should, when @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence came with 4g, it's speed was nice but with the increasing number of users, speed has gone down only!! And speed challenged in advertisements is a myth!!

    Fed up with the internet speed of airtel..still ur 4g speed is like 2g speed...from last 4 months I am facing same problem @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have complaint so many times regarding this issue ...will any other service provider gives me good internet speed @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The time is over now, whn Airtel was at no. 1 in terms of service,perhaps this is reason tht i hav mobile,dsl,dth of airtel. Finally I hav disconnect my dsl. Was complaint on May 4,u nt do anything till 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12. Got Only sms no resol.

    @airtelindia probably one of the worst services I’ve seen so far in india. Despite giving our visa extension doc for the postpaid number, it’s disconnected. Great going #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst part? Now I can't even reach Airtel Customer Care properly. I'm unable to connect with a customer care representative. I emailed Airtel. They replied saying my request was being prioritised and that I would receive an update within 24–48 hours. Even that deadline passed

    Never ever buy the Airtel Air Fiber , the worst product of @airtelindia , I took a 100 MBps plan and everyday bw 10 pm to 12 midnight , speed used to get to 0 kbps . Literally 0 kbps !!!! .

    @airtelindia what kind of a scam you are running. I have taken a broadband subscription from you. When I tried to disconnect it by paying the full amount, there was no option available. Even the chat support had no option to cut the services. I had stopped using Airtel since then

    @airtelindia @airtelnews And to avoid this, I got an Airtel Wi-Fi installed and your engineer said that there will be no such problem in it, your internet will work but even the Wi-Fi's internet is not working, I am troubled since 2 months. Please let us know whether your network will be fine or not?

    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia
