    If there is no fiber availablity in location,shouldn't they work to provide copper and resolve issue? Existing residents were using airtel and same wires are still available. But looks like airtel doesn't have technican who work on copprr connection @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Finally after 4 emails to nodal department, a guy turned up to collect signal readings at my place. If you can't fix it in 72 hours then you should just close this sham of zero questions and happy to help.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel, This week I port my Number from Jio to Airtel. I don't know why it's not supporting VOLTE, whereas other Sim in my Phone do support Volte.
