Anupam Gupta (@mapuna) reported@airtelindia's service technicians insist that I do not raise a complaint with the grievance redressal or central helpline, and rather call them. Calling them directly would help, if there were an equilibrium; right now it is a new technician on each complaint.

See 4G speed, public is 😭😭 They have optimised their algorithm for testing. Even after more than 20 years Airtel network coverage is 70% throughout India. They are just eating customer money with 3rd class service.
