    @JioCare i have almost 7-10 jio sim in my family and its time to change with another service like @airtelindia OR others which provide better service than your worst service #worstJioservice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL! In Katihar, Bihar – full 5G NSA 3500 signal, 5G phone, ₹349 unlimited 5G plan recharged, only 94GB used this month... yet every single day my data is still being deducted from the 1.5GB daily quota! This is straight-up FRAUD

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel, my AirFiber installation is stuck. Technician left saying server issue & cancelled request, but app still shows “installation in progress.” Paid ₹400 + ₹1500. No update or resolution. Please fix or refund if installation cannot be done.

    @airtelindia I filed a complaint 3 days ago regarding an issue with my Wi-Fi, and I was assured that a technician would visit within 24 hours to fix the problem. However, my case id:-11028066236 was closed without any technician visiting or my issue being resolved. Shame on you

    My @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence IPTV remote is not working since morning. It was only 2 months old. I changed new batteries also but its not working. I raised complaint in mrng 11am. Still no one contacted me! I couldn’t use my tv without remote (1/2)

    @airtelindia Pathetic Customer Service! In today’s day and age, you take 4 days and provide no resolution to a Airtel Black Customer. Customer service executives make me hold the call for 30 mins, no escalation is possible, no supervisor even cares to attend the call.

    I would like to bring to your notice that I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel mobile number. The intended number was different, but due to a mistake, the recharge was processed to another Airtel number which already had an active plan. Anyy solution for this @airtelindia ?
