    @airtelindia I am post paid customer of airtel . Under Gold Plan. I registered complain On Airtel Thanks App,Regarding No internet Service On 24th March-21. Estimated Resolution Date Was Showing On 2 nd May-21 . Today Is 2 nd May And Still Issue Is Not Resolved .

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel @airtelindia Hi Team Neither i have been contacted nor my connection is restored. It has been more than 3 hours since you mention that you are looking into it. There is already ongoing lockdown and these issues caused by Airtel already add to ongoing pain. Please rectify.

    @airtelindia pathetic way of handling of customer complaints. 4 times I have raised concern of poor network and always the compalint has been closed without confirmation of user. This time escalated to top management of Airtel still the repeat of same story.

    Kone kone tak 4g bullshit. 2g bhi nahi chata tumlog ka dhang se. It's beeter you work on your network thing asap or else I have no other option but port myself out. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    After showing so many advertisement saying they being the best network @airtelindia your network is the worst. After visiting your outlets and talking to customer care all I get is we are working on it. Are you guys seriously working on it?
