Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.

I called the team lead Priyanka also, all are so careless. Still i didn't get any service from Airtel. Such a worst experience. Worst customer support.#airtel
