@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I added 2 prepaid numbers to my Airtel Family plan. Now the internet 4G is not working in the new numbers. Issue raised in Airtel app says its going to take 8 working days. Urgent please

@airtelindia I still don’t see any option to connect to your customer care either on 121 or 198, they are asking to raise ticket for everything through app but in app there is no such option. Can you please guide me to connect to your customer service???

Hi @TRAI is there any regulations governing the quality of network a service provider gives especially giants like @airtelindia who have been getting away with bad service for the past few months that too during this emergency when phone service is essential.
