    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I added 2 prepaid numbers to my Airtel Family plan. Now the internet 4G is not working in the new numbers. Issue raised in Airtel app says its going to take 8 working days. Urgent please,it’s online class for kids

    @airtelindia following incorrect billing since 23rd June, absolutely a pathetic customer care where unable to close the case. The executive commit she made a mistake while choosing the plan, now you blocked my outgoing facility. This is how the Airtel black customer treated?

    Despite paying for regular recharges, we can't make phone calls, send SMS, or use mobile internet. The internet is completely unusable due to zero to very poor network coverage. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia now starting to behave like other service providers. Just get as many as connections as possible. No service or clarity in anything for the customer. Trying to close a connection is such a big hassel. No point of being such a loyal customer for years @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi and DTH is not working since 5 days. Who is use of Airtel Black. Everywhere only automated voice message is given. The period till both things are down must be compensated by not charging for the period or increasing the bill period. Airtel ID 10101026765686
