What does it take to talk to customer care @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence been trying since 3 hours to connect but no way. I just want to do my dth recharge and for that some info but there is no way I can get that.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia o have been calling the customer to resolve my internet issue since 5days. Everyday I am assured that the issue will be solved in 24 hours. The issue was raised on 25th December,still 24hours not over...!
