    @airtelindia I raised a complaint by calling customer service, but no complaint ID was provided. Didn't receive the callback. I upgraded my Airtel DTH to a Xstream box recently. But it appears you've created a new DTH account instead of an upgrade ignoring my 3 month balance.

    Regret to inform that your DTH services are very pathetic. No one takes responsibility of anything. Made already 2 requests for upgrading DTH,received no response. No wonder you will loose your trusted customer in this area too #Airtel #airtelthanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my internet is not working from past 2 days, I am not even able to use my 50 percent data because of poor network connection. I complained about it by calling at customer care no. and they told me to register my complaint on airtel thanks app.
