    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Finally ! Airtel Kumbhakaran get up 12:15 PM and joined wire within 10 Min ! Who was suffered a customer! For 10 min work wait more than 24 hrs ! Loosing work from home , kids suffering online classes ! Don't know how Airtel behave with customer! No strong customer support

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel Black customer. Recently applied for DTH in May. It is cancelled after no progress from Airtel. Again applied 2 days back. Still no connection in a city like Bangalore

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care called me to recharge for the ₹1179 200Mbps plan promising 1 month extra validity Almost a month has passed since the recharge, but I still haven't received it. I've raised this via multiple emails and calls but no resolution yet

    @airtelindia I had airtel black wifi n dth connection when dth setup box malfunctioning and replaced i was charged but earlier I was assured that it will never be charged if malfunction anytime. I want refund

    @airtelindia shame on this company’s service since last month we are complaining about it, and the company regularly promising to send its technicians to repair it what a same , you are taking your dues and not giving service very shameful act by its employees

    @Airtel_Presence What is the point in responding via DM ? Yesterday the wifi was down the complete day till night 8 pm. Today again it is down. There is a minimum downtime guaranteed for such consumer services. @airtelindia should be sued for this. 100s of engineers are unable to work!

    when i recharged for "Unlimited 5G" but still stuck with 2GB/day limit despite 5G coverage . This is misleading. Your support team has no clear answers, it's been 3 days. Why call it unlimited when it's not? Kindly fix the issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hi Team, I have raised an issue almost a month before on X and customer says they will look into it. Now its been 15 days and I still have dead network. Monthly bill will generate soon. Shall I pay my bill or not? As I didnt use Airtel service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel Eager to know if your customer services / nodal / appellate email monitoring teams are checking their emails. Emails sent 9 days ago still not being acknowledged or actioned. Horrible service on chat bot as well . Thinking of moving out.
