    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel roaming in USA - no incoming outgoing active. 20+2+8 GB appropriated - 24-7 day light robbery . Never had such experience earlier. Will port to jio once back in India.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If it doesn’t get fixed ASAP, I have no option but to close down all 3 of my wifi’s at my house since its affecting work from home for multiple members in my family and I’m paying over 5k for such pathetic service from airtel. (2)

    This is my 10th complaint in the last two weeks. My internet connection has been running at 2G speed, which is completely unacceptable. Since when has @airtelindia service become this poor? If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow, I will port my SIM to Jio. #airtel

    @airtelindia I activated this E SIM, neither the network is coming nor is it of any use, tomorrow is Sunday, the number will be ported at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to purchase a new Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (₹499/40 Mbps). Before paying, I need confirmation that the installer can provide a Nokia G-2425G-A router (or ZTE F670L). I've already sent a DM. Please help.

    @airtelindia my WiFi is down since last night and your customer care number is not reachable. I had DM'ed you some time ago to arrange a callback. I haven't received any call. This is not expected as part of Airtel Black program.
