  @airtelindia Last evening around 9pm one of my neighbour got her phone snatched and there was no way we could get the sim blocked even after 10 calls on 121, 198 and other so called customer care numbers. Worst part was the waste of precious time in listening to IVR menu. Shame!!

  @airtelindia why there is a call drop since the morning, whenever trying to call no signal and also even if call collects automatically with in 30 secs or less unable to hear voice from the other side
