@airtelindia Worst customer service, while using IVR there is no options to choose for customer care support. Event they such sms plan on basic plan. Non internet user how they use sms service. Last month I put portability, they called me and explained the tarrif is reduced soon.

Now it raised to 80 rupees monthly.**** airtel When i took sim in 2008 they said life time validity, now they are sucking us every month. If I don't recharge every month. Telecom cos. in India are out to outdo each other in customer harassment. This time it is Airtel @airtelindia. I am being billed for a number I don't own or operate. Their customer care says it is a 'backend' issue so drop an email. I do. No reply or even ack. @AshwiniVaishnaw
