  Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service

  @glb_kannadiga @sharath_nayaka7 @airtelindia BSNL is worst in terms of call connectivity. Also no networks in very crowded places like railway stations, malls. Can use as a secondary sim as it very cheap

  @airtelindia If you want to check weather your lucky, try and get your issue solved in 1 week with @airtelindia. Never airtel service person visit home to check the issu, all they do is online reset of modem. Sir, modem reset completed, restart.
