    @manujosephsan @airtelindia *Airtel. If you mail to the nodal officer of the area. the standard reply is to upload a complaint. Then The nodal officer should be mailed after 45 days of complaint.

    Network & service in Mahadevapura is at its worst @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. To make it more frustrating, your support team is completely misleading customers. They claim to register a complaint, but no ticket ever exists when tracked. Fix this fake grievance process!
