    @airtelindia Been 2 months since I raised service issues about bad network coverage inside premises. I have been raising new requests but no updates for any tickets. Pathetic response and service. #AirtelDown

    Frustrating port in experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Ordered a new SIM online via Self-KYC, but the Tnx App throws an "Invalid SIM number" error. store sends me to customer care, 198 tells me to visit the store, and email support by bot- Req 6SKU4WSP3W fix it asap..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Thanks app is blocking my eSIM transfer request because I'm in the USA. Your WhatsApp support bot is stuck in a useless loop telling me to use the app that doesn't work. I am trapped. Send a human to DM me to fix this eSIM issue immediately.

    Today is 24 August, and it’s been 15+ days without usable internet. I’ve contacted Airtel multiple times, but nobody is actually resolving the issue. @airtelindia — please take ownership and provide a proper solution instead of making me chase different teams.
