    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My address has a pin code of 226005 and when I have shared the ticket number which you guys have resolved with out resolution as always then what’s the sense of pining personal message and asking my address!! In hope that @airtelindia has a living Customer care !!!

    Surprisingly @airtelindia executive informed that he added notes for waiver request & can be applied for the time service is not used. Now, #Airtel is unable to process this request. Even the store at Rajajipuram Lucknow has denied and bill is generated for the service not used
