We hardly use mobile data because we are almost always connected to Wi-Fi. However, when we travel or in an emergency, I occasionally use my mobile hotspot to connect my laptop, and it is extremely useful. Removing this option is unreasonable, and if it is discontinued, we will have no choice but to port all our connections out of Airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.
