    Hey @Airtel_Presence, my eSIM migration was done over 24 hours ago. While data/calls are active, my incoming SMS is completely blocked. I am stuck without crucial banking and login OTPs for work. 121 support is no use. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    @airtelindia poor customer service i am airtel black customer for 5 years and had made request for shifting of dth. Enginner was assigned for 15/06 but he never turned up when called customer service informed it has been rescheduled. Poor service
