    You know how @airtelindia abuse their customers?They deliberately inflate bills for users who are on international roaming knowing you can’t contest that easily ! Imagine fighting for a 200-300 extra charges on international roaming and calling customer care @150/- per minute??

    @airtelindia I have had an extremely disgusting experience with Airtel. An account over 10 years old blocked without notice one fine day without any notice. On complaint, I was told it was KYC issue. Can there be anything more ridiculous. I was under siege as couldn't transact.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel DTH is a fraudulent service, please stop using it, customer service and their engineers are useless employees. Please go with Tata Sky, charges are high, but their engineers doesn't know how to solve technical issues

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As said my plan would be changed, stated on Wednesday 19:28 hrs said it would be changed in 3 days. Thus the 3rd day is today. Yet I don't see a change in my plan! Where is the challenge? My dear operator; your customer wants to know.
