    @Airtel_Presence will never come back to you. Frustrating behaviour. There is no proper system. You know customer paid for 6 month in advance so, you guys taking it for granted. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will surrender all 6/7 connections.

    Got horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding broadband. Their customer service is just useless, can't understand a simple thing.

    @airtelindia ever since 5 g launched, it doesn't work as Airtel claims in their advertisement. Neither does 4 g works in a stable manner. Both network work very unstable with issues of connectivity.

    @airtelindia I guess it's time for another premium support & call it "CRAP" becoz your so-called premium support "BLACK" is a black mark on you. A simple case to order a Mesh (SR#10165109857) took 5 days & still no response in spite of involving the appellate authority. Pathetic!

    Disgusting 5g service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in pincode 360002 ,it switching from 5g to 4g continuously consuming more battery and making the device hot. Even the unlimited free data is not provided as after completion of daily limit even 5g doesn't work.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews no resolution since one week,My broadband connection is converted into postpaid without my knowledge & no one is supporting over call & airtel store. Pls help with the solution else pls let me know the process to move to diff vendor.
