    Worst ever customer support from @airtelindia don't know how will i contact them apart from social media platform and email. Your chat assistant doesn't allow to connect with agent instead ask to call on 198 your 198 IVR doesn't allow to connect with agent.

    @airtelindia during complaint redressal I have black and white hard copy of my Aadhaar card whether your office at Kankarbagh,Patna, Bihar is seeking colour hard copy of Aadhaar Card. I think it is not right. Correct procedure needed at your office.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service and good for nothing customer care and technicians. They want me to find an area to fix their junction box, only then they can retrieve my internet connection. I am switching to @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Have been trying to reach out to a personal and I'm forced to listen to IVR and cut the call after a long wait with no solution to my issue. The issue is I had recharged for 181rs which was available but it doesn't work anymore and package is not available either
