    @airtelindia Your service is really poor. The care executives that you have deployed, don't even know the your KB logics. I called and requested for E-SIM and was informed that I needed to reply "CONFIRM" on the message that I would be receiving from Airtel's end.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence utterly disappointing services. Seems you have no capable workforce to restore connections in totality. 15 days and no stable solution. Connection goes off every alternate day. Don’t know on which planet is your service team working! Fed up.
