Why airtel only want to install their thanks app for any service. Being a nwk provider why don't u provide net balance or other information just by USSD code . All code shows invalid. Everyone don't have enough m/m to install the bullshit app. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia I've been paying for over an year now. Registered many complaints. The avg download speed is 20kbps. Do something. Can't even take my classes. I always have to use my mum's phone that has a jio network that gives an avg download of 5-8mbps.
