@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Have You tried using your IVR anytime ? Go to Prepaid by pressing 1 Then You cannot select any option in the next stage... is it a pre-planned or your Quality Team is incapable of finding this issue. Your Mobile Network is of no use.
