@airtelindia Changed my Plano Broadband connection in July with 12 months prepayment , plan not changed and the old bill amount is deducted from prepaid amount, called your call centre numerous times , nothing happening, it’s fraud and very bad service

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my phone number which was transferred to Airtel from Docomo due to shutdown was terminated couple of months back. Now it's not available on your system and the store cannot get it back as it's not released. Pls help !!
