    NSP Airtel outlet Mr Imran is very rude, I told, services stopped by @airtelindia, old sim is ok but he told, if i need service I have to pay Rs 50 cash for new sim Suppose Airtel stop services of its 1 crore customer & forced to changeSIM, Airtel got 50 crore, it's like Big Scam

    Hlo Airtel, I am using a 4G sim but my sim is not working as 4G it is working as 2G even it is not showing 4G sign I tried to reach you on 121 or 198 but there is no any option to talk to customer agent. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I took a resoution to not waste money this year. So i stopped using airtel. Thanks to your poor customer support.. you guys did not reply to my DMs nor tweets. 121 is of no use either. What's your new year resolution?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why should it take 48 hours to make a simple change to email id? It is not helping me as a customer to wait that long. Your process needs to bring in significant agility. Sad !!
