    I’m sure that, your customers will come to below 100 very soon @airtelindia especially in our area. Then you can permanently shutdown the mobile tower. Which already shutting down evey day when power cut. Also with 5G - 4 mbps speed, 1 bar indoor coverage. Such a shame.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio If Airtel will not resolve the issues by EOD.. then I will definetly shift to Jio. I have already DM my number to Airtel. Airtel Please provide direct number to call your customer representative...instead of playing with keyboard and wasting our time...

    @airtelindia Shifting a Wifi is not a rocket science. I have got 3 technicians numbers in last 48 hrs and none of them picked my phone. I am without internet since last two days. Please look into it urgently else you will loose a Airtel black customer with 6 mobile numbers.

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?
