Meanwhile Airtel has significantly increased their monthly pack charges, and I'm not able to use their 5G service, because network is unavailable. Pathetic.

Your team raised a request on 24th Aug (8:24 PM) and closed it fraudulently on 25th Aug without fixing it. Now your app shows errors and customer support calls are being auto-disconnected. Fix this!
