    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    @airtelindia Everything is not normal at all today. Broadband services play hide & seek. Interconnectivity in voice calling is absolutely bad, rather nil...?? Plz arrange a service engineer to sort out the issues of concern...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank Made the payment of my airtel Broadband on 6 feb using Airtel upi ID successfully, but i didn't receive any receipt of the bill and after many customer complaints it still hasn't been resolved & the internet service has been down now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Had raised a request for broadband plan upgrade on 19/Jan/22. Almost a month and several phone calls to customer service and escalation desk later my plan is still not updated. Really disappointed.
