Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its been 10 hours my #Airtel fiber connection. The airtel engineer has twice resolved the ticket without even contacting me. Customer care team as usually says “we are helpless”. Ticket no. 10028720487 so much so for #5GReadyNetwork

@airtelindia Dear I have paid 10K for my broadband ARP on 30th. Nothing has been done. When calling your CC they are just keeping my call in hold and that’s it. Really worse service. This is how you treat your customers?

@airtelindia why've you setup your customer care calls in a way customers can't talk with your executives? Your team doesn't reply mails. How would I get my issues resolved if you're purposely cheating like this? Ocassional No sim card error is making my life miserable.
