    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    Total blackout No network coverage from last 2 hours Location - Hisar Haryana. These are the kind of days when the customer switches somewhere. I mean total blackout is totally unacceptable No Calls Nothing. Pathetic !! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
