  @NTanjore @airtelindia @StanChart_India I have been a proud customer of StanC since 2007. I use to admire a lot but today i had a very pathetic experience with their customer service. I raise a issue with them, i was made a parcel go round for 35 mins on calls. This experience is not expected from StanC.

  @airtelindia Dear sir, My Airtel prepaid no. is 9900598725. Since many days I'm unable to make calls to BSNL and many other nos. The recipient can hear me, but I can't hear them. If they call back then no problem. Pls do the needful in the earnest.

  @airtelindia Sir, I am using airtel sim,but In my area all of a sudden all network jio,airtel,idea...all goes out,that is volte goes out or shows 'E' when i on mobile data but all other times i get good speed,the network only goes out all of a sudden,Can u give me the reason 4

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It has been 3 days since I complained regarding network failure on my number, a few people are unable to get thru my number, even 1 number from my family plan is unable to connect calls with me. The customer care team has been least helpful. Pl help
