    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia - extremely poor response. Raised a request to cancel my fiber line and gave all documents for refunf on 20th Jan- no reply till date. Only delay and false promises..least expected from a giant like Airtel!!#bhartiairtel
