    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    Worst customer services by @airtelindia . They will take advance payment from them and then you keep running after them. Total fraud. Sales people have so baf attitude. They won't even pick call after taking payment @TRAI

    Added a number to @airtelindia Black on 14 Apr. Agent promised my ₹299 prepaid recharge would adjust in postpaid bill, but it hasn't. Broken commitments aren't acceptable. Resolve this billing issue immediately or I am porting out my connection. #Airtel #CustomerService
