@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia @MyIndusIndBank 7838024936 Getting 5-6 calls daily for credit card from Indusind bank. Every time I block a number they call me from a new number. That to when my number is subscribed to dnd. Not at all acceptable. You sell your customer data to marketing firms.

@airtelindia is showing 0 complaints on website by closing tickets without resolution! A recharge was made on 27th July for amount of 460/-. But till now they have not recharged mobile plan. Multiple tickets have been raised in app & via email. Yet no action. @TRAI help pls 🙏

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence U r fooling customer by showing different tariff but charging different tariff!!According to my plan,i will be charged 2.5ps/second(which u quietly increased from 1ps/second)but i am charged Rs.1.15/minute.Pls correct & refund the excess charged.
