@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia Every day the network is disrupted. Cant even raise complaint as the app just stops with a message "we are facing an issue". Complaint doesnt even gets registered. Nice strategy to achieve Zero complaints target!!!
