    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    Wait till you have a bad day and then @airtelindia decides to conk off for more than 24 hours leaving you with a fried brain that dealt with call centre professionals for more than 4 hours. The worst service ever, so much for upgrading to 5G.

    If this happens one more time, I will have to think about switching to something else. At least the local providers resolve issues within hours. With Airtel s "best" service, nothing happens for 1 day. Really unhappy with the Airtel experience @airtelindia
