@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia I have some issues with my landline no. I am unable to raise a complaint on your app as there's no option to do so. And if I call your customer care the options are only in Hindi which I don't understand. There is no option to change language. Absolutely frustrating
