@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 10 days before I switched from bsnl to airtel because I thought I would get a good service but it is totally opposite with my expectation. I think I need to switch it again to gain the good service which is not provided by airtel.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel's network in our area is getting worse day by day.Internet doesn't work properly at night. It was good eirlier days. Now the situation is worse so we have to leave Airtel and join another company if not restored. Location-Hazinagar ZIP-743135

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews failure to contact customer executive as no option for that. Net too slow less than 30kbps despite of data availability. It's pathetic and exploitation... Complained but its dead with no respons. Planing to port.

@airtelindia will you please help your customers on their issues? I spent thousands to get a good internet speed but still I'm not able to even open your airtel thanks app to register the complaint. Is this the way you are treating customers? Also don't have the 24x7 support.
