@airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

And when I try to contact through their customers care number 121 or 198 then there is not a single option to talk to the executive. I would "NEVER" recommend anyone to use airtel. This kind of service experience would never allow me to "INVEST" in @airtelindia Worst Service.

@airtelindia Extremely disappointed, activated International Roaming pack 5999 for canada on 1st feb 2022 at 10am ist , logged on to network but pack not yet activated, send several emails but no response, the glitch is from airtel end spoke with CC I hope I am not charged extra
