  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Each time I have to explain the problem from start but gets stuck at the same point (depreciation on coverage value) where they are not able to provide any answer and request for a callback. And it's the same in the next call.

  @RahulSharma056 @airtelindia No one can understand better than me , airtel has stated to cheat there users, since 2017 I'm regularly complaining about network issue every time they are asking for change the simcard. And now they are giving any solution even simcard change too.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Took xtream fibre connection which stopped working after 2hr.Called service guy full day but no response.Raised SR 132064568 which got closed without fixing the issue. It's 3days now.Have seen trailer of your hopeless service.I want my money back.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had a complaint with Airtel secure about the settled amount as my device was Beyond Economical Repair (Service No:9707563). Over the past 12 days I have been continuously trying to have a logical discussion with them about Airtel Secure BER T&Cs

  @airtelindia recently i had switched my local broadband to airtel xtream, i have complaint so many time to solve a ping issue with Airtel. I have contact with customer service and they are unable to help it seems. The Ookla test speed of the Internet is good but the ping is >90.
