@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Hey @airtelindia due to heavy rain in morning in samastipur town, Bihar the airtel data network is disrupted. There is no internet on airtel and i am barely to make a call as voice is breaking. Please check on that as we are doing work from home despite sunday. @Airtel_Presence
