@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@Airtel_Presence Not even it has been three days since complained about WIFI issues at 560060, the service is still not improved. Lot of buffering, time lag while watching online programs. Is Airtel serious in providing service or just only spending money fake advertising? @airtelindia
