@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

I have complained many times on twitter as well as in customer portal about the speed of Internet but the problem is still unchanged. I am paying for 4G but did not get even 2G speed. I have Very Bad experience with AIRTEL. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@ACTFibernet Extremely pathetic customer service, that's the reason of me moving to @airtelindia . Its been 6 days and my disconnection request is not addressed. This is done deliberately so that you don't liable for any refund. Disappointed with this cheap behaviour. You should choose down.
