    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia you are more poor in revolving issue than a puncture wala. It has been 7 days you people are not able to rectify my wifi and DTH issue. Complaint no.10895110942. Even a local service provider is 1000 times better than you. Won't ever use your service again.#airtel

    How many times would I get your calls now ?? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal After I moved to a jio Wi-Fi Fiber you are not disconnecting my Airtel Fiber. You have lost your 20years old valuable customer and now after almost a month back trying hard to bring that customer back. You woke up from deep sleep but still ask for 24 hours to fix the Wi-Fi. Would you pay me back 6 months services charges which I have paid to Jio Fiber already ???

    Airtel WiFi has not been working for the last 2–3 days. I’ve already raised complaints on the app and called customer care daily, but no proper resolution yetjust repeated responses or call disconnections. This is very frustrating. Please resolve this issue urgently @airtelindia
