@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Pathetic Network Range and service of #Airtel at my Location in Gurugram (50 kms from central Delhi). Complained many times but not resolved . Bad Call quality, call drops, internet speed less than 2g.....can't believe we are in 2021. #Airtel @airtelindia @AirtelPresence .

@airtelindia you guys really need to stop calling again and again when a customer has said that they need to disconnect their broadband. Like literally annoying. If you wish to call again and again atleast have the previous call history recorded.
