@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In times when you are promising and talking about 5g , wanted to bring to your notice that your basic network service for 4g, 3G or 2G is become pathetic. And it’s a daily thing. Most of the time can’t use internet, calls not getting connected @TRAI
